Manchester City have stated before that they aren't intending to sell Bernardo Silva. I don't think that their decision would change easily unless they find a better alternative than him. These days I only see Neymar for the position. However his cost to Manchester City would be incredibly high. I don't think that they would think of taking a risk by signing an older player for a much higher value. If Barcelona are ready to spend very much money then they can try to bring Neymar back to the team for example. However I don't know what Xavi would think about that. I think Manchester City's decision on Bernardo Silva still stands, Bernardo Silva is still an important player for city and Guadiola is so much insisting on keeping the player at the club. I agree with you about this statement that only Champions League lost is not reason for Thomas Tuchel's exit there were differences between new management and Tuchel about few players and specially new management looking for entry of Ronaldo in this season and this was not for his performance this was just because of marketing purpose which was not suitable for Tuchel, so he has to lost his job.

As we already check Ronaldo performance in Manchester United he can't help Chelsea like they have Aubameyang, but they were looking for other things which bring good funds for them as they are not like former Russian owner who was good professional job with this club right now new owners are doing with their own style which is not going to help them for long run, and they can't bring trophies at Chelsea has in the past.
