The performance of Bernardo Silva is far superior to that of Frenkie de Jong.
However, de Jong is still quite a young player when compared to Silva and therefore may have a slight advantage.

In my opinion, Barcelona has to make a choice between these two options. There is no doubt that bringing Silva to Barcelona will be a better choice for the club.
As far as I can tell, it seems as if they bring in Silva and sell de Jong at the same time, they would be able to get a decent amount of money.
There is a possibility that they may be able to give Silva a lower salary as well. It is also pertinent to note that Silva is an attacking player.

Wolve was one of the most difficult team's to be won by top teams in EPL but since the departure of Adama Traore to Barcelona, they have not been in good form again.Bringing  Diego Costa to the team now will be a good moral booster to the team because of his good striking force and his experience in the league is one added advantage to them because he will no longer need plenty time to adapt to the team since he was a former player of Chelsea. I believe that it is a simple thing that people should be able to understand in my opinion. As a result of becoming a Manchester United player, Cristiano Ronaldo is now in a bind. Manchester City have stated before that they aren't intending to sell Bernardo Silva. I don't think that their decision would change easily unless they find a better alternative than him. These days I only see Neymar for the position. However his cost to Manchester City would be incredibly high. I don't think that they would think of taking a risk by signing an older player for a much higher value. If Barcelona are ready to spend very much money then they can try to bring Neymar back to the team for example. However I don't know what Xavi would think about that. Because this might mean a change in his system which he might not like to do.

I think Manchester City's decision on Bernardo Silva still stands, Bernardo Silva is still an important player for city and Guadiola is so much insisting on keeping the player at the club. Agree with what you said, he is one of the players who has an important role at Chelsea at the moment although indeed this season his role is still not visible but indeed he can be one of the players to be reckoned with when the team recovers.
Regardless of his age, he is actually quite reasonable when his contract duration is three years if this can be realized.

Kante has been injured for a month. Chelsea will be curious about how strong he will be able to play from now on. If this injury affects his performance badly then Chelsea might not think of extending his contract. Kante has always been an important part of this team so far. However they can find a solid alternative to him too in the end. Kante will need to convince them not to do so by his effort. Normally I don't doubt him but this injury period has been quite long. Let's see what he can do after his return on September 15.

Truly Diego Costa is such an aggressive player who bullies his opponents at will, however I believe at his peak he should have changed that behavior and attitude, I agree with you that VAR will do justice to his ill-mannered and unruly behavior on the field if he still persist consequently might subject Wolves to reconsider his contract extension. Diego Costa though is a good striker who did well during his stinct in Chelsea, however I am doubtful of his capability now because of his age and the high standard and level at which premier league is being played now.

Obviously, this is a great signing for Wolverhampton Wanderers. They have only got one win in six matches this season. And this move should be able to give them confidence post going forward from now on. They did finish 10th in the last season. And this season I believe they will be able to get a better position compared to the last one. But obviously, they have not started well. I hope they will be able to improve their performance. If kante wants to a longer contract to enable him play out his days in a blue uniform, I think Chelsea can honour him with that. He has a great record with the club and has helped them win many championships, plus even with his injury woes, he is always a great contribution to the team whenever he features. An extension on his contract for say a year or two is something Chelsea can afford, I think he can still do very well for them.

As a defensive midfielder who can go up and down to help the team, Kante is still very much needed by the team. He would be welcomed immediately by other clubs if Chelsea sold him.

for Chelsea, i believe that there were better options that were available to them, what made them decide to choose Graham Potter instead of Zidane or Pochettino?

and also when I read this news about the dismissal of tuchel and the hiring of Graham Potter, I even thought: "why didn't they choose another coach?" but then I started to think better and I think the logic behind this hiring is in the fact that Graham Potter knows the premier league, he has experience playing against all premier league teams so it's easier for him to pick up chelsea and be able to create a good strategy to get good results because he knows all the premier league teams and the fact that he left well in a premier league team is already a good thing. whereas if they had hired an outside coach who is not a coach of a premier league team he would have had difficulties to adapt immediately

well, i am going to say that he does know the environment, i am going to give you that, but strategy-wise i think Zidane or Pochettino would have been better, but what is done cannot be undone

so Chelsea will have to work with what they have, Chelsea have made a decision and now they will have to make the best out of it, and as you said he does have some experience in the English Premier League and he also knows the league white well, so he will know what he is dealing with and he will also know how to deal with it, even though i am not a fan of this move i am going to wish him the best of luck
