Ashton United is a non-league team and there was a cheeky banter for the past 1-2 days about Haaland not "collecting dust" during the world cup he would be loaned out to Ashton United during this period so that he would play there and earn some playing time and would be getting match shape and not lose any fitness. Erik ten Hag is not a media type, he will cool things off. If Ronaldo did this thing to coaches  as radical as Mourinho, he would just go to his new club from the world cup or rot on the bench.

Mbappe had a really huge opportunity to sign for Real Madrid last summer. But he chose money and stayed at PSG. Of course he got an amazing contract offer and probably Real Madrid weren't preparing to offer such contract to him. Considering that Real Madrid is his "dream team", I would expect him to leave for them. He just thought that this amount of money would be enough for a complete happiness. However if PSG fail in winning the Champions League title one more time then it might be really difficult for them to keep him.
