Of the options available, is Asensio more suitable for the Premier League with Manchester United or Serie A with AC Milan?

I'd say that Asensio will be more suitable and maybe will be able to adapt faster in Manchester United because there are Varane and Casemiro who are his ex teammate.
However, maybe it will be harder for him to get into the main squad because there are many other current United players who are in the same position as him.
If he wants better competition, Premier League is better than Serie A IMO but if he wants something like guarantee position in the team, I think AC Milan will be a better option.

It's still possible to happen but when talking about Manchester United of course he has to beat some pretty good young players there too like Antony who has always been a frequent winger there.

Hmmm...  Will Graham Potter really want to have him in his squad tho?  Isn't he some what of a diva?  That could be a problem in the dressing room.  I think there are better players to acquire which will bring Chelsea's squad more balance for the kind of money that's gonna take to get Neymar.

Quite an expected move - last year there was information that Chelsea would buy either Ronaldo or Neymar purely for marketing reasons. Ronaldo chose another money option, so only Neymar remained. But in fact, I very much doubt that the Neymar brand is strong now. The start of the season seemed to show him returning to normal, but the World Cup broke him.

I feel PSG is falling down soon. Because they somehow managed to force Mbappe to stay here but offered him the money he would never be able to get at another team if he left. Of course it would be interesting to see Neymar play in the EPL, but with Neymar we are talking about a big money move that would include not only the transfer fee, but a fat salary/wages, and you begin to wonder if Chelsea can go on another spending spree in the summer, after all they did during the just concluded January transfer window. Having said that, there is a sense of dissatisfaction amongst PSG fans towards Neymar and Messi, the fans feel they are not giving everything for the club, thus the both of them might actually move on in the summer, but to which teams. That's nothing but a complete speculation moving round. Manchester City are only interested in the signature of James Madison of Leicester City currently. As for Liverpool, Jude Bellingham has been linked with a move to Liverpool, Engineered by his father. If they sign Bellingham, it would be one of the best signings for Chelsea.  They spent a lot of money on the Mudyrk transfer.  They can also spend for Bellingham and build a good team like Psg next year.  They have to be successful in the premier league.  If a lot of money is spent, it should be paid for.

But Chelsea are currently building their chemistry while Potter hasn't found the best solution yet they will definitely give him plenty of time to add more with the several players he wants, maybe Bellingham is on the radar this summer then Chelsea's midfield will be visible very sturdy.
