Jude, Bellingham does not need to play in the English Premier League in order to make his career a complete one.
He can also be successful playing in the German Bundesliga. He could also choose to go to the Spanish La Liga or French ligue1.
He must not join his England brothers who like to play in England all together.
He is still pretty young and he should be where he will see good amount of match to play without consistent injuries. I sometimes consider English league as somehow tough and horrible compared to German League.

I know what you mean but your analysis lacks some substance in very important regards. If a top club knocks on the door with literally infinite money and you are Dortmund or Ajax, how are you going to convince the player to stay? If Manchester City can pay 20 million and if Dortmund can pay 20 million, where are you going if you are Haaland? The best example how hard the transfer market is is Bayern Munich trying to sign Haaland. They wanted to pay him an absolute record salary and yet they didn't have a chance. There is no chance that the top stars decide to play in the Eredivisie and most even decide against playing in Germany. Once there is a huge financial gap between the clubs, it is hard to make up for that afterwards. Dortmund or Ajax can't afford to keep a player until their contract expires and then let him go for zero transfer fees.

Casemiro is an important player for Manchester United thar has played major roles in getting victory for the  club. Mirror claims that Bayern Munich are thinking of signing Ollie Watkins in case of not being able to convince Harry Kane to sign for them in the summer. However it doesn't seem very realistic to me honestly. Because Watkins is surely a skilled centre-forward but I believe that there is a huge difference between him and Kane now. Kane is literally one of the best strikers in the world currently.

We haven't even seen Watkins playing for one of top European teams yet. I think that it would be a big risk to take for Bayern Munich if this rumour turns out to be true.
