I agree with you, at Man utd there are de Gea and Pickford who are Ten Hag's main choices while at Chelsea there are Mendy and Kepa who are the main choices, if Martinez moves to one of these teams then the competition to become the main goalkeeper will be very difficult, while in tottenham Lloris seems to be not doing well so martinez made a good choice

You brought up one point that seriously speaks against a player going to Chelsea, which is missing out on a year of international tournaments and that is a big problem for most of the top level players. Nobody wants to skip international tournaments for a whole season.

But Chelsea has money and ambitious plans. Is this for real? Because according to the news I have read before, Milan agreed with Leao about extending his contract for a couple of more years. Or Leao will become a bad player like Nunez in Liverpool where he was a very good player in Benfica.
