We will love to have Gundogan in the team next season. It is tough to see Xhaka leave the club after a long time and that will really leave a position free in defensive midfielder in the team. There are however reports of Arsenal interested in Declan Rice and Youri Tielemans as well is reported to leave for free in next transfer window. So there are lot of options for Arsenal to sign a player in that position. What we need is a player who is young and has good experience of PL and Gundogan is 32 right now. Although I think it will be good to have him but I am not sure if that's the actual plan for Arsenal right now.

Will see about that in June-July when there will be update but right now it seems Gundogan is focused on the remaining games for City.

Real madrid has been planning to add more midfielders are it's not only kroos that will retire from the club. As far as i know that if modric was only getting 1 year extension. Which mean if he must be leaving from the club next season.

Ikay Gundogan deserves Barcelona, I've always envisaged the movements of either of Bernado Silva and Ikay Gundogan switch to Barcelona. They're well built to play for that badge and club.

Actually, seeing from the condition of the players with many young players for them, it is still something that is very good for future progress, it's just that in this case the lack of coordination and the imbalance between the core and reserve squad seems to have created quite a big gap there.
Reshuffles can still be done if they really want to with their current condition but I won't think that far because there are only a few points where I think they are weak.

Having backup options of the same quality is a great way to go when a few players are not feeling well. Camavinga, Vini, Rodrygo and Asensio only need to work a little longer at Madrid because these are long-term assets who will become big players in the future.
