Poch is a premier league proven and has an excellent record working with young players. As far as i know that if liverpool has not even sent the first offer for him to the chelsea. Manchester united is also competing with liverpool to get him. The only problem is if chelsea puts 55millions as requirement to get him which is quite a lot at this moment.

mount is selling well on the market, even man utd is interested in it and it is reported that they are in talks with Chelsea management about the possibility of buying mount at below-market prices (man utd made an offer of 55 million pounds)
