But shouldn't a top coach be able to identify these issues and then solve them and help the team to improve? I think Ten Haag has yet to deliver top results and a major title. But in this case when talking about the actual salary when a club dares to provide a salary then they already know what they have to do because the discussion of salaries must also be thought of and with consideration from the club when signing a player and I think that's the club's policy as well as fans indeed they also want the best for the club but on the other hand the policy remains ultimately in the hands of club officials and management.
Even though it sometimes doesn't make sense to us when the club's decision has been made then they just have to continue with the existing contract because it has been agreed beforehand and it is impossible to change midway before the time comes.
