Same as me, im very unfamiliar with this name and this is another stupid move from chelsea. One option we are exploring is to recruit a player who is not familiar with the EPL and has no previous experience playing in the league. How can pochettino able to make chelsea to perform better once the club was always wasting its resource to recruit the young players with no experience in EPL. Chelsea have been building the squad behind the scenes for the future. They have signed quite some no. of players who are young and I think it is the right way to build the squad. We cannot conclude that Moise Caicedo is a waste of funds. The midfielder has been at his best in Chelsea. It would be better for Chelsea to invest in a matured striker who suits their style of play. They need players with experience to strengthen the team immediately, rather than focusing on players for the next 4-5 years.

First of all, I think a team that is made out of only young players are always going to do better instead of a team made out of only experienced/old players. But the thing is, a team which has a good combination of young and old players are always going to do better when compared to only young or only old players. Chelsea should look to find a good balanced team like that. I do not know what the plan is from them. Because at the moment it does not seem like anything is working. I do hope that they will be able to make things work. But I am still very skeptical, to be honest.
