To be honest I don't think it is going to happen. It is the first season for Xabi as Leverkusen's manager. If anything I understand that he is not ready for a big team like Bayern Munich. The fans are crazier there and the expectations will be higher, I don't think he will be able to cope with it.

Ancelotti relies on existing players or indeed Anelcelotti does not want his current stability to be disturbed by dealing with the adaptation of new players. In my opinion, additional options are important when financial conditions are favorable, but there is no harm for Madrid if they are able to bring in new players who can fill gaps in the back line. Ancelotti placed Nacho and Rüdiger as center backs, then his options were Tchouaméni and Carvajal.

I think what they are doing right now is just fine, and if they can keep it up then they will face no problem. But my question is can they keep it up? If you look at the injury list right now it is quite big. There are some key players in that list. Vinicius Jr. , Rodrygo, Camavinga, Tchameni, Alaba and many more. They started the season without a proper number 9 as well. Joselu is there I know but I wonder if he will be enough. He can perform against low tier teams in La Liga but in UCL against Leipzig and upcoming other strong opponents, I don't know. But either way, I trust Ancelotti and I believe in his plans.
