for simple and speculative reasons for me the Premier League places Harry Maguire as the best player because judging from this season especially at the club maybe he is the only one who is a little sane on the pitch and doesn't act too much. then another reason is that Harry Maguire is an England national team player who has always been retained for several seasons despite his poor performance even though the England national team did not dare to cross Harry Maguire name from the list. then there is another speculation that personal closeness makes sense in the title winning industry. the Premier League increasingly seems to choose who deserves it at will.
