As a Liverpool fan, I would completely rule out Morinho but that's just my personal bias. As for Xavi, I don't think he's the man for Liverpool either. Where this Liverpool team currently is, they need a trophy winning coach or at least someone who wants to win trophies more than anything and has the right tactics to get it done. Liverpool have gone beyond unproven coaches — those were the days of Brendan Rodgers reign at Liverpool.

It's not yet clear who is going to be the next coach for liverpool but i think that the management is not even urgently thinking about this. Klopp will be leaving from the club till the end of season and the club can also get a recommendation from the club too.
