Madrid has too many midfielders while it has very limited defenders. This is ironic caused by i often say that real madrid to have problems wth the defensive line like when rudiger and eder militao were injured. They were not feeling good with the performance of real madrid once it used the weak back.
Ancellotti needs to strengthen its defensive line caused by having a good attacking line will not even matter if the club keeps to perform so badly in the defensive line. Currently, Modric is getting fewer playing minutes than Kroos, but I think Ancelotti has other reasons for that.
