The club let its player to leave as free agent rather than exchange him for a few millions of money. Im not even seeing the future of this club. Barcelona has been in the serious problem caused by the team will obviously do nothing caused by financial issue that prevented the club from buying the new player.

Yep, Man United doesn't deserve to expect winning any trophy because they are unlikely capable to win it. The hunt for trophies with their current condition is indeed very difficult for Manchester United and actually even if it is thought of it still won't be able to happen because after all, seeing from their current condition it is difficult for them if their performance does not change and continues to deteriorate over time.

IMO, if United's players fully recover from their injuries. at least, Erik Ten Hag can again implement a system and pattern that he can rely on. thus, I am quite confident that United will be able to compete again and show their best performance. talking about trophies, I'm sure Ten Hag's focus is only to restore the performance of his team. At a minimum, United is targeting finishing in fourth place if they can return to their best performance. Moreover, it is certain that United's players will recover from their injuries in the near future.

As for City, Pep Guardiola can now rely on their two core players, namely De Bruyne and Erling Haaland.   Manchester united might have had quite a bad 1st half of the season, my failing to qualify for the UCL Round of 16, getting kicked out of the Caraboa cup and currently below the 5th position but I think they're begging to get things right, and Jim Ratcliffe's arrival could give them a boost to qualify for a major tournament next season. Well their hopes for a trophy is not yet ended, they might not be able to win the EPL but atleast they're still in the FA Cup and if they work hard enough there's a possibility of them reaching the finals like the previous season.
