Bayern Munich doesn't have a good situation with their coach Tuche and they don't want to keep working with this coach anymore because of the bad performance he had and the bad relation of Tuchel with some players.
That's why we had some news about Ralf Rangnick returning to Bayern Munich and starting work there in the next season. But he rejected the offer.
Lothar Matthäus the former German legendary player started talking about it and he said the situation in Bayern Munich is bad enough to make a coach like Rangnick reject an offer from his team. however, he is right to not take the risk and start working there because of the bad situation they have.

Firstly, Rangnick has a contract with the Austrian national team and he is completely satisfied with the current place, here I completely agree with him, there is no need to look for a better place when everything is already good. Secondly, Bayern really is not having the best of times and obviously Rangnick is not the coach who can correct difficult situations in the team, he showed this at Manchester United. Earlier this season the club have contacted managers like Xabi Alonso and Julian Nagelsmann but both of them turned down the offer citing different reasons for their refusal. Bayern Munich as we all know is one of the biggest clubs in Europe and their history as a club backs that claim. Also the quality of players olat the club is strong enough to attract big managers to the club since they know that they won't have to struggle much to get get good results with the team but yet, three top managers have rejected the Bayern Munich job already. I think there's something about the current management of the club that's scaring these managers away from accepting to coach the club

The problem is clear to you. Bayern is great, but top coaches are dragging their feet. I've managed fantastic teams; it's more than names on jerseys. Ragnick and Alonso, bright guys, know Bayern's success isn't certain. These aren't easy occupations. The pressure is on to win every game, award, and year. Bayern does it that way, while some coaches seek a different challenge.

Bayern's treatment of Nagelsmann doesn't give the best message, does it? World-class coaches desire safety and respect. They witness what happened and think, "Could that be me next year?" Bayern may need to examine its reflection. Not necessarily about buying the greatest players, but about a great coach, system, and supporting front office. That makes winners last.

I think his still being the coach of Manchester United is the bigger joke here. I believe Manchester United should have actually got another coach already. Because the way things are going on right now, I am pretty sure that he is going to cause a lot of more problems for Manchester United. The reason is that if we look at the case of Xavi at Barcelona, it is also very possible for Tuchel to stay and dismiss the previous confirmation that he will leave the club at the end of the season.

I feel like just because Salah got old and he will probably leave, a lot of news about him not being a good person or whatever will come out. And it almost feels like anyone coaching Manchester United has found only problems recently. Problems that are not fixed. I guess a lot of problems are going to be fixed if Zidane joins the club.

The source didn't explain anything that Zidane prefers to manage Man United over Bayern Munich. I'm trying to get further information about this but all of the sources never proved anything, there is no any statement from Zidane that saying he wants to manage Man United. 

IMO, Zidane must have more advantage if they manage Bayern Munich because this team has good squad quality. Bayern Munich is also still one of the favorite teams in UCL, they very often win the domestic league (Bundesliga title). Zidane doesn't need an extra efforts if he wants to target for trophies on Bayern Munich. It is so much different if he manages Man United, he looks like to have no chance winning any trophies. Man United also doesn't play in UCL if they can't finish in the top 5. So, Zidane can't expect to win UCL trophy with Man United in the next season. Why Zidane should prefer managing Man United over Bayern Munich? 

Moreover, we already know that Zidane ever refused Man United. If Man United tries to negotiate with him, I believe Man United will get the same result. Zidane has no interest to manage Man United, he should prefer joining other top teams in the world.
