Yesterday, I read a report that Bayern Munich contacted former RB Leipzig manager Ralf Ragnick to take over their managerial position when the club's current manager Thomas Tuchel leaves at the end of the season but just like the two previous managers they contacted for the Bayern Munich job, Ralf Ragnick declined the offer. Earlier this season the club have contacted managers like Xabi Alonso and Julian Nagelsmann but both of them turned down the offer citing different reasons for their refusal. Bayern Munich as we all know is one of the biggest clubs in Europe and their history as a club backs that claim. Also the quality of players olat the club is strong enough to attract big managers to the club since they know that they won't have to struggle much to get get good results with the team but yet, three top managers have rejected the Bayern Munich job already. I think there's something about the current management of the club that's scaring these managers away from accepting to coach the club

The problem is clear to you. Bayern is great, but top coaches are dragging their feet. I've managed fantastic teams; it's more than names on jerseys. Ragnick and Alonso, bright guys, know Bayern's success isn't certain. These aren't easy occupations. The pressure is on to win every game, award, and year. Bayern does it that way, while some coaches seek a different challenge.

Bayern's treatment of Nagelsmann doesn't give the best message, does it? World-class coaches desire safety and respect. They witness what happened and think, "Could that be me next year?" Bayern may need to examine its reflection. Not necessarily about buying the greatest players, but about a great coach, system, and supporting front office. That makes winners last.

I think his still being the coach of Manchester United is the bigger joke here. I believe Manchester United should have actually got another coach already. Because the way things are going on right now, I am pretty sure that he is going to cause a lot of more problems for Manchester United. It's not like Manchester United is absolutely broke like Barcelona and cannot spend any kind of money. Manchester United is actually spending quite a lot of money on him. But still how he is unable to bring in good results is absolutely beyond me. After Ralf Rangnick rejected Bayern Munich's offer and chose to remain in charge of the Austrian national team, I thought, is it possible that Tuchel will remain coach of Bayern Munich next season? The reason is that if we look at the case of Xavi at Barcelona, it is also very possible for Tuchel to stay and dismiss the previous confirmation that he will leave the club at the end of the season.

If that's the case then we will see Bayern Munich in trouble, but if Tuchel still wants to prove that he is still capable of working with the players then that is the best path he can take. I think we are going to hear a lot of things like that right now. Because let's be honest, Liverpool is out of the title race and that's why a lot of things like these are supposed to come out now. Madrid under Ancelotti's guidance this season has always provided something that is related to their long-term plans and this has been proven by looking for several potential young players who are considered to be good future prospects and currently Arda is one who has potential.

I feel like just because Salah got old and he will probably leave, a lot of news about him not being a good person or whatever will come out. I do not think that most of them would be true, obviously nobody is perfect and I am sure that Salah will have a lot of issues with some people, but we never heard of any of these when he played there, so it doesn't really feel like it is going to be that much of an easy bet.

I think it is clear that we are going to see Salah news a lot more, lighting him badly, just because he is going to leave. If he was staying and he was like 27 years old or something, nobody would dare to say something about him, because he would be still providing something, but because he is old and leaving, everyone feels free to say whatever they want. A very bold statement to make, to be honest. Because he knows that the careers of the coaches have not been good with Manchester United recently. And it almost feels like anyone coaching Manchester United has found only problems recently. Problems that are not fixed. I guess a lot of problems are going to be fixed if Zidane joins the club.

But even then it is going to take a lot of time. The situation that has been created is not going to be fixed quickly. Probably he wants to go to Manchester United because he wants to have good competition. Which is definitely not going to get in the Bundesliga with Bayern Munich. The source didn't explain anything that Zidane prefers to manage Man United over Bayern Munich. I'm trying to get further information about this but all of the sources never proved anything, there is no any statement from Zidane that saying he wants to manage Man United. 

IMO, Zidane must have more advantage if they manage Bayern Munich because this team has good squad quality. Bayern Munich is also still one of the favorite teams in UCL, they very often win the domestic league (Bundesliga title). Zidane doesn't need an extra efforts if he wants to target for trophies on Bayern Munich. It is so much different if he manages Man United, he looks like to have no chance winning any trophies. Man United also doesn't play in UCL if they can't finish in the top 5. So, Zidane can't expect to win UCL trophy with Man United in the next season. Why Zidane should prefer managing Man United over Bayern Munich? 

Moreover, we already know that Zidane ever refused Man United. If Man United tries to negotiate with him, I believe Man United will get the same result. Zidane has no interest to manage Man United, he should prefer joining other top teams in the world.

Carlo Ancelotti is a nice manager as his managerial skills can be seen vividly in Real Madrid and he always knows the right players to play in a particular game no doubt and any club would be glad to have him as a manager.

Yes I agree with you Salah is a great player but seriously the change needs to come now, the club needs to act fast because if they should alt for some time now I don’t think they will be able to cash in on him for reasonable amount. The club had the opportunity to offload Salah for almost a hundred million last transfer window but they opted not to which I wouldn’t blame them because the departures were too many last season so letting Sallah go would have actually created a lot of problems for them. But even so for now especially for next season Ancelotti should at least look for players who are a little more senior and experienced for their midfield.

Modric is likely to leave this season and Kroos is still uncertain about his future so it could have a big impact if they end up losing these veteran midfielders at the same time.
Although for now there are some very good young players like Camavinga, Tchouameni, Arda and Valverde but they are still very young and their emotions are still explosive so there needs to be at least one person to calm them down in midfield and maybe Ancelotti's focus for next season is also on defense where Nacho has also decided to leave at the end of this season.
