I will say I judged him too much maybe because of his past records in the Premier League Competition, but that don't mean he is a bad manager.

I totally agree with this statement that is made bold here, Mauricio pochettino is actually terrible in his decision making, like making substitutions and resting of players, during the cause of the season we have seen how his decisions cost the team dearly and I started wondering if he actually knows what he is doing, because if it's left for me, I don't think he is up to the standard of Chelsea, that's why I still feels like he should be replaced with someone more competent.
