I see a very mature decision made by Southgate to leave his role as coach of the England national team, looking at his statistics in dealing with England, there is nothing satisfactory with the brilliant players that England has, but Southgate is not able to give his best and this is a wise decision he made for the national team England is improving under the new head coach.
Currently there are many names that England is considering to bring a new name to its training bench and the closest is Potter and he is also of British nationality but considering that he is not a suitable name, in my personal opinion England has the opportunity to bring Guardiola to manage the England national team because he is has proven that he can handle teams with big names and I think Guardiola is the most suitable to fill the England coaching bench.

There is no other choice for Southgate, he has been coaching England for a long time but there is no better progress so he has to make that decision, I think this decision is good for both of them, good for Southgate's career and will also be good for the England national team for the future front.

Now there are several coaches being rumored and Guardiola is even the main target to be able to handle the English team, but I think it will be difficult because so far Pep Guardiola has never been a national team coach.

And in this transfer market Chelsea also brought in more and much younger players. And I wouldn't be surprised if Man United and Man City did it too. I also think that this young defender Leny Yoro is overpriced or overhyped. His transfer fee of £52 Million made him the third expensive teenage signing in the English premier. The first and second position is occupied by Romeo Lavia and Antony Martial respectively. Much is not known to me about his performance in Lille but the interest of some top clubs to grab him shows that he has the quality of a good defender. Real Madrid was making moves to sign the Frenchman's signature but he has preference for Manchester United. These days younger players are showing great potential and I wouldn't be surprised if these young signees become important players in United.

Zirkzee is an excellent signing, I would say a great signing, I saw his performances live on the pitch with my own eyes and to say that he is strong is an understatement considering his young age and his move to a big league he can really make a great championship while for the I won't comment on the other two because I've seen very little in the championships where they played but they certainly won't be bad

The young player is a perfect striker and a good team player. He is strong, has good ball control, and is also tall. He was instrumental to Bologna's qualification to the UEFA Champions League qualification last season with eleven goals and five assists Although he was not used in the just concluded European Nations Cup, he would be a good asset to Manchester United.

Leny Yoro I'd say was initially interested with the move to Real Madrid, for you to get such a player to Manchester United and not Real Madrid, you cannot go for the same figures presented by Real Madrid. In the nearest future, you'll look back and say that, he is really worth the buy, even at 18, I can vouch for him being better than Harry Maguire. Football has evolved and these are the modern day defenders that thrives. I'm not trying to defend the valuation placed on him, but he's a generational talent ansnis worth the buy.

Joshua Zirkzee has experience, you must have seen him one way or the other playing for Bayern Munich, but long time now. I watched Savio from Girona, he is a great lad. Pep Guardiola really made the right call for him to be signed, in the next few months you'd be a fan. With his creativity, I do think he's worth the buy too.

The Brazilian spent an excellent 2023/24 season on loan at Girona, scoring 11 goals and contributing 10 assists. He contributed greatly to helping this team win the right to participate in the Champions League for the first time in history. I think Manchester United was too brave in transferring Leny Yoro.  £52 million is quite a high figure. And what surprised me was that if I'm not mistaken, Real Madrid only offered Leny Yoro about half of the offer paid by Manchester United. Manchester United seems to be serious about improving their back line which was very bad last season. But yeah, this is a pretty fantastic offer. Hopefully it matches the quality of the player. And now Manchester United are still looking for other defenders to bring in. And one of the names they are currently targeting is Matthijs de Ligt, who is a central defender for Bayern Munich. Bringing the 23 year old striker from Bologna to Manchester United could certainly be a good step for Manchester United next season. Now, I think although Pep is still one of the candidates but I don't think he will be the one to replace Southgate.

Looking at the statistics and history of England who always make local coaches as coaches I think it is clear that for the England national team they will still replace local coaches to become candidates and indirectly it is also difficult for Tuchel and Klopp.

Did Man City ever stated that they no longer need John Stones? I never saw any statement from Man City about the possibility of John Stones leaving the club. Even if Al Ittihad is interested to sign John Stones, it doesn't mean Man City no longer needs John Stones. John Stones also never stated anything about his interest to join Saudi league. I think he prefers to stay in EPL, he still has a contract with Man City until 2026.

By the way, I don't think 40 million euros is an expensive price. The market value of John Stones is around 38 million euros, it makes sense if Man City wants 40 million euros. I know John Stones is not a young player anymore, he is 30 years old. But John Stones still could play with his best performance with Man City.

Actually, I still can't say much even though in the last few reports he was also targeted by Madrid but preferred to be at Manchester United for the future he dreamed of later.
The decision has been made and actually Yoro's presence could have been a good decision especially when we know that if we look at his previous performance at Lille as long as he is well guided he can have the potential to be even greater than before because he is quite alert and strong enough as a defender at a very young age.

It depends on Ten Hag now whether he can make Yoro better or just make his career immediately fade just like what happened to Amrabat and Mount last season because after all, potential young players like Yoro if directed properly then I am quite sure he will have an extraordinary performance.

It stands to reason that Man City would be interested and sign Savinho because the young player played quite impressively last season with Girona and managed to score 9 goals and 10 assists in La Liga. 25 million Euros is an appropriate transfer because it is not only a contribution that Savinho can make but also a potential investment for Man City. Savinho is still very young and will have a great opportunity to grow even better.

I don't think Guardiola will sign players just to put them on the bench but, still to get his place he had to fight for it, which means he has to compete with Doku and Grealish.
