Lol this is a tough situation for every team even though they all need it, Napoli need money and Lukaku and PSG need Osimhen to replace Mbappe on the other hand Chelsea also need Osimhen to complete their squad it's just that there is no agreement, I have to say that Chelsea should have had the advantage in this situation they can use 2 options if they want to reach an agreement but unfortunately Chelsea are still looking for more profitable opportunities.

Looking for sources about Victor Osimhen's clause of up to 130M EUR is quite high, maybe the closest to PSG they seem everything that Napoli wants, maybe just waiting for an agreement, the rest we don't know yet.

Last time i saw De Gea was train at Manchester United training facilities and he also wearing Manchester United jersey and i think he will going back to Manchester United but i was wrong because De Gea has been refuse that rumour and so far De Gea has make a statement that he will not be retired and if there is any club want to hire him i think De Gea will considering those offers and currently he still training to managed his fitness conditions
