I think he can help Napoli to achieve something this season, the club realise that and the player is willing to leave the club, especially there are offers from good clubs. It wasn't going well for him and now he is stuck with a mediocre club as I don't think that Napoli is competitive enough with the team they have right now. Additionally they had a horrible start now.

To be fair, Boehly must not get upset with the result of his own decision to overhaul his club once again. He sacked a good coach, then sold so many important players. This is what he deserved to see by always changing his club like playing a football manager. I lost my respect for this owner.
Todd is completely destroying Chelsea with his zero knowledge of football. Also, I am very disappointed with Chelsea's investors for not voting to remove him as Chairman.
