First they said something like the Red Devils has given up on the signing. But it has made me happy to hear that they are back in it.    Ugarte is a wonderful choice for DM position. This is going to be like the last piece of the puzzle in the defense line for them. de Ligt, Mazraoui and now Ugarte... Erik ten Hag is building a solid defense but I hope it helps them ASAP to fix the weaknesses.
After that they can just focus on scoring more goals in a game. That Fulham game performance wasn't convincing you know. 

Man Utd wants a loan deal with a buy option for Ugarte, which I think is a pretty solid idea. Ugarte is a strong, technical, holding midfielder, which is exactly what Ten Hag's United needs right now.

Lately, they've been struggling to control games from the midfield, Ugarte's addition to the midfield can definitely improve that situation.

Fortunately for United, Ugarte wants to join United with immediate effect, so this makes the deal easier. Should be amazing in the Premier League.

I agree with @beerlover. He was the captain before but I don’t think he has any place in the starting main squad. He was doing great in Barcelona. What I am surprised by is the fact that Barcelona let him go for free. He was the captain of the Barcelona squad and he was doing great. Gundogan might get to start some matches. There will be times when the schedules will be very tight. He's definitely going to have two year stay or could be more depending on his form as time goes on, but am of a different opinion that he's going to retire in the Turkish league because he looks likely to sign for the Saudi Arabia league should they sought after him.

This is extraordinary, he just rejected €25millon for 9.5milloin. Considering his age, it would have been a good deal for him but he decided to remain with Roma. This shows that he still wants to play competitive football and even win trophies. With the uncertainties surrounding Lukaku's future, Paulo Dybala's decision to remain in Roma will give coach Daniele De Rossi a relief. For Joao Felix to sign a 7 years contract at Chelsea, I think the club  already consider him a big plan for the future but my question is why do they think Felix is going to deliver performance for the club than what he did when he spent last two seasons at the club. Considering the number of quality players in the Chelsea team that can play in the positions Joao Felix can play as well, I think the club doesn't need him but it seems the club manager have a different resolve about the Portuguese star. I would actually love to see Joao Felix defile all the odds and succeed at Stamford Bridge.

The deal looks like it's going to happen. Not bought directly but, Ugarte will be brought in on loan and contains an obligation to buy. Yes, that seems like the best way if PSG remains firm with their prices because if it were now, Man United would definitely be having a hard time getting the funds.

One of Man United's weak points is the defensive midfielder because they don't have a truly tough figure to carry out that role. Casemiro did play quite well in the previous 2 matches but I doubt if he can continue to be consistent. For this reason, it is hoped that Ugarte will be a solution.

Of course, Felix is a good player and we can't doubt his contribution to the team as long his giving enough playing time. A seven years contract for a 24 years old player isn't a bad deal, this is currently where he supposed to be in his prime and it was a great move bringing him back to the club. Waiting to see, Felix will be making the teams top 21 or even the first eleven because I still can't find a better forward who deserves that position other than him, Chelsea's forward is currently a mess apart from the signing of Neto and Palmer who has already been the big force there.

I haven't gotten to watch this guy closely but it seems like Manchester United also made attempts to sign him immediately after the  European Championship Competition.

Come on, mate, there is nothing hard to understand. It is simple: everyone knows that İlkay Gündoğan left Manchester city last year. Because Manchester City didn't get him an extension of his long term contract. So that is why he left Manchester city and came to Barcelona as a as a free agent. After spending one year with Barcelona now he moved to Manchester city again.
 
But point to be noted..
Why did İlkay Gündoğan leave Barcelona? In fact, Barcelona already has financial critics. They signed Dani Olmo and now they had issues after registering him in La Liga, that is, Barcelona were struggling due to the club's financial issues. So, finally, Chelsea has been able to sell this player . This was one of the worst signings ever for Chelsea and they have lost so much money.
Bringing him for 97 million was the first mistake and after that Chelsea was still paying for that mistake till now.

They brought him in for such a huge amount of money, did not get any performance out of him, and at the end of the day they had to sell him for only 30 million. One of the biggest loss projects in recent times. The only thing bigger than this is probably Antony to Manchester United.

Anyway, I hope he will be able to perform better at Napoli. But let’s be honest, he is not the player that he once was and probably never will be again. The prime days of Lukaku are gone.

He remains every for AS Roma even though with a small salary he doesn't care about money anymore he wants to play in Serie A maybe this is a love for the club he loves.
Arab clubs always offer large salaries making some players complacent about going there because they can get 3x-5x salaries in the Arab League but this has no effect on Dybala.

I don't know what made Dybala decide to stay at Series A rather than go to Saudi Arabia to play and make a lot of money for his future, well that is his decision and I don't know what made him decide to stay but me going to Saudi Arabia is the best decision for me, Dybala has won many trophies that some players have never win it in their entire career, He has been playing for Roma for the past two seasons now and he wants to stay again, well that is good for him but with the way I'm seeing his performance so far in Serie A league Roma will no longer depend on him and at the end he will end up being a bench player.

See, this is the problem of Barcelona that I was talking about. They sign players that they cannot afford. They have signed too many players for too high wages that they cannot be registered in La Liga. I do not see any other team facing problems like not being able to register their player for La Liga. They clearly have signed too many players and have offered too many wages to the players.

Messi, Busquets, Jordi Alba, and many others had to take a wage cut. I wonder how much money do they owe to the players at this point.
They have not yet paid the signing fee to Manchester City of Ferran Torres.

But what is good for Barcelona is that they have signed Dani Olmo who is a good winger and a midfielder and hopefully will fix the problems that Barcelona had in the midfield. Their attacks looked lackluster in the last season and I think he might be the solution to it. The tight schedule might also be another problem for them though. Pedri and Gavi are injury-prone. These are their main player and the tight schedule might get them injured and put them on a back foot.
