I don't think a deal will happen for either of them because both Chelsea and Man United seem to be busy with other transfers. For Joao Felix to sign a 7 years contract at Chelsea, I think the club  already consider him a big plan for the future but my question is why do they think Felix is going to deliver performance for the club than what he did when he spent last two seasons at the club. Dybala chooses to stay just because the fans really care for him to remain at the club and it was really expressed when they protested because of his transfer, while Dybala may not have spent a long time at Rome, the fans as already see him as a club legend with the love they have for him and so I guessed, he couldn't just turn this down.
I think AS Roma as no choice than to stick with him for a season or more longer since he as one year contract left with an automatic addition of another year if he get to play 15 or more official matches this season.
