It's not about past performances if a coach has the feeling that the player can't do it again for some reason. The task for the coach is not to honor part performances, it is about putting the best eleven onto the field. I have read this thing about past performances a couple of times, but tin professional sports it shouldn't have any meaning. To get past performances celebrated, there are awards and and what not.

Players themselves should accept much more that with age there time has come and have a realistic point of view. They all began at young ages and at some point replaced another player themselves.

Apparently, the transfer of player Joao Cancelo to Inter will go ahead, on a six-month loan. The player is at odds with his current club and wants to return to Europe. If the deal goes through, Inter will have a replacement for Dumfries for the next six months.
The Saudi club will pay half of the player's salary.

The deal is not yet done. The fact that Cancelo is still eager waiting for Barcelona, and he has told Laporta about his availability. He's a walking red flag, and his deal with Inter can fail if Laporta is keen to bringing him back to the Barcelona even as loan only.

They are called "rumors" for a reason. And at the end all the newspapers and websites just care about the sales and clicks, so sometimes they even make up things because they sound juicy. Anyway last season Juventus were actually looking for a player with Adeyemi's abilities but both Dortmund and player requests were too high. At the end they bought Zhegrova from Lille.

If Villa is interesting in Marmoush, i don't see a reason for him to reject it. He's lacking of minutes in City, and he has to go. Perhaps we let that sleep, even the guy that won Premier League and Champions League was disrespected and wasn't even console when he lost his daughter some years back. Left for me, what you said here is the best decision they should take if they can't get a top class coach, because things can easily goes from bad to worst if Rosenior Chelsea team performs badly and are dropping more points.
Enzo maresca has already done enough damage to the team to an extent, Chelsea team doesn't need more of it any longer because it's going to have serious negative effects on the players psychology and the way they approaches games.
