Since the last Airdrop in November isn't given out as a percentage based on the amount of BTX you hold I think there is an issue. Its given out to each address equally with whats left correct?
How did you come to this conclusion? AFAIK the last big airdrop is everybody gets a part from the remaining "premine" as big as their share of current circulation before the airdrop is. The same amount for everybody address would clearly make no sense.

no, its distributed evenly across all the addresses, what left -- the premine.. so if there is 200,000 btx left and there is 7000 addresses, its 200,000 divided by 7,000 addresses. that's how it was explained by the devs on previous occasions. unless that's changed.
Not right. It does not matter how much wallets you have. You will get the percentage that you have from the total amount before the final airdrop. By my calculations your deposit will increase about 15 times.

That wouldn't make any sense. You just would devalue nearly everything everyone has, because it's going to be only a fraction of the premine. You must really mix here s.th. up.
By this it wouldn't make any sense to buy more than 0.0000001232 BTX and open 1232 addresses and charge them with 0.0000000001 BTX, can't be.

Yes, this seems like the only sensible way to do it.
Would be good to get some official clarification from the team as to exactly how it will work.

If your calculations are right about a 15x increase in price then even if the price is gonna fall 90% in the post airdrop dump, we are still better off holding.

Its closer to 20x if everything froze right now.  X) 3% weekly airdrops are included in this already.

Ya I did some projections as well and it accounts for a certain pace of claimed BTX to go along with the weekly 3% airdrop. I come out to about 16x so 15-20 seems to be plausible since 3 of us came up with roughly the same numbers.

How can we have a view on what your feelings are.  Smiley

Jokes aside, why do you think there will be a pump? I haven't read any news that would warrant such a pump.

It would be nice, especially if people realized this has more potential than BCH lol.  However I don't think people want to devalue their btc miners by swapping to an asic resistant coin Sad

Well -- keep at least 10 BTX in your personal BTX wallet to receive the airdrop.
If you had BTC in april for the original snapshot you can try claiming your BTX for free at a 1:1 ratio at Bitcore.cc (personal wallet though)
The final airdrop will be an even split of the unclaimed coins to all holders, so if you for example hold 1% of the circulating supply you'll get 1% of the unclaimed supply.
Currently we're waiting to hear back from binance about being listed there.  (not a dev just a slack person)
The devs do pretty frequent updates to the wallet and how the airdrops are handled as well, to keep things interesting and consistently improve the coin.

Other than that the coins main goal is focused on a fair distribution and increased adoption until November when I'm sure more will be added to the "roadmap".

@PortalM Not saying only the Chinese do, although even American and European Miners would still be hard pressed to see their asics become worthless if BTC "died".  I also personally don't believe miners entirely control the price, but they won't sell at a loss; or mine if it has no potential of being profitable.

Yes, miners do not control the price, they can only reduce it. The price is formed by speculators and investors. We need more ivestors and traders for btx Smiley
