Am I missing something, because I cannot find the monolith company from switzerland company registry, which is stated in the token agreement.
"Project will be released by the Smart Contract System to the wallet of a third party contractor, Monolith GmbH (to be incorporated using parts of the contributed funds in Switzerland, “Monolith”)."
and some nice statemenrs there..
- the User understands and accepts that there is no warranty or assurance that the network of miners will allocate the TKN to the Users as proposed by these
- the User waives the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or a classwide arbitration against any entity or individual involved with the creation of TKN;

You forgot about devs, advisers, etc share. So, value is higher. |

The BTC ANN communication has been quite unprofessional so far & there are less than 4 days to go. Forums are where the overwhelming majority of potential investors learn more about your project & have their questions answered, mostly those more interested in development specifics generally join slack etc. However with regards to the rest of the material, it is really well done, the concept, team & potential are all great too.
Looking at their slack, i don't think they'll have a problem getting the $12.5 million within hours. You were right, turned out be even less, like under 30 minutes  On the plus side though....

Sold out so quick and with a pretty poor ANN. Could be valued really high. Depends what exchange they get, I mean GNO valuation is just stupid imo... |
