I think it is a good idea for the strangers to become familiar with bitcoin. Everywhere in the world people are watching TV and if the advertisement of bitcoin is plays on that. The feedback will be positive and from this the value of bitcoin will rise because the demand for bitcoin will rise. This will provide guidance to those who even now don’t believe on bitcoin. Through television broadcasting people will able to understand about bitcoin.

We can do this for free on YouTube comments, Facebook, instagram, Twitter - just openly talk about what Bitcoin is. We don't need the old system, the internet is where Bitcoin was born on anyways.

I've just thought about this for a moment but, if we want bitcoin to get more popularity, attention or acceptance would it be nice to make some advertisement about it on T.V.? I don't know if in other countries they advertise bitcoin but in my country, I haven't seen one. How do you think advertising bitcoin will affect the people? Any thoughts?
I think other ways in social media is best way to promote bitcoin, facebook or youtube because when we advertise in television there are fees that we need to pay them and some controversial that we need to answer in the question of other televiewers. Not all people are open minded in the way of cryptocurrency and we need to avoid that issue for the safety of bitcoin.

And why on TV, except that the pensioners are attracted, now everything is on the Internet, but you just need to advertise on billboards and in transport, this will have a greater effect.

I don't think this is a good idea that bitcoin will be advertised on a television because who will pay the ad fees? Nothing will be in charge of the payment with it so its not advisable. Social Media is better for you can post your own ads there but you will pay the ad fees and its cheaper than in T.V..

I think we should advertise Bitcoin on the Superbowl, but only when it becomes able to grow very big and support a global usage.

It will come more and more. He starts having ads for ICOs on premium channels. The democratization of bitcoin will generate more and more communication around the project. Just see the number of articles in the newspaper that has exploded in recent weeks. There is almost one a day in the big dailies

It sounds like a good plan on paper, but in practice it would cost way too much to promote it on TV, and granted it's not certain how much would somebody put into this sort of investment, so the total time those ads would be broadcasted would be either all the time if somebody poured a lot of dosh into it or almost never if the sum is just enough to get it on TV. Not to mention the question of whenever this is really a good idea to begin with, bitcoin isn't the most well known currency but it's not that obscure and it would cost some average joe 5 minutes to read a few articles on it to scratch it out of their taboo list.

That's not a good idea. Someone would have to pay for it, take responsibility and create a proper advertisment which would encourage new people to invest in Bitcoin. Ads in TV are usually expensive and short. It would be a hard task to present Bitcoin in less than 30 seconds. Claiming that "you can earn a fortune thanks to Bitcoin" would be inappropriate and could be considered as a form of scam.

If bitcoin advertise on national television it has a good and bad effect, why? Because for the people who are not familiar or not known what bitcoin is it will encourge them to invest. We all know the value of bitcoin now increasing higher and higher. But the thing is if every country legalize it they should give higher tax on it.

I don't think Governments in the world will allow for advertising Bitcoin on T.V until they can control it. Maybe, They will notice banning Bitcoin on TV. lol. Cheesy
Even i too had the same thought. What if the government opposes bitcoins when its not allowed in their countries. So advertising bitcoins via any mode, is not needed as bitcoin has reached each corner of the world without any advertisement.

This is really just happening on this days on where cryptocurrencies is already making a buzz on physical world knowing on its recent price increase specially on bitcoin and to tied up on some potential coins like ETH too. They are already making exposure into the media but yet i didnt see any tv ads as of now regarding on bitcoin which i do really have always the doubt that they wont really do such thing.

If you advertise Bitcoin on television that would be great because it would add to the value of it by making people think it's legitimate. This will happen the more they see it.

If we advertised Bitcoin on TV that would be great. The more exposure it gets the more legitimate it will become to the public eye. Then it's only a matter of time before it explodes.

it is possible but in my opinion it's not neccessary to advertise it on television anymore. first, it will cost a lot of money in advertising that it maybe affect the rate of bitcoins in the market. second, if bitcoin will be popular then the government will be interested in collecting taxes from bitcoins. and even the bank will become competitive.

For me, in my opinion, there is no need to do such thing like this, because bitcoin will be popular on the right time and right place where people would fully accept it and use it to earn a money and for our income to increase that we could use in our daily living.

It can help but for me, it is not necessary for it will be a waste of money because BTC now is very popular and advertisement is no longer needed.

We could advertise Bitcoin on the Superbowl. I think, personally, this would be a great move to finally put it on the world stage.
