What if, we advertise bitcoin on T.V.?

if bitcoin in ads on tv it might be good because it will be a lot of people who are danced to bitcoin. but in my country bitcoin still lost with forex trading. so bitcoin users are still very little.

Honestly, I don't think it's far off for Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies to appear on tv in some way. Projects are developing more apps those days so it only takes 1 major company to pick up that benefits from tv commercials.

In my country, the government are helping the growth of Bitcoin, because when the price of Bitcoin increases, they always create some breaking news about financial and alert the Bitcoin traders. But they do not know they are promoting the value and the volatility of Bitcoin to the people in my country

Some time ago in my country bitcoin aired on TV. However, it is not explained clearly only the increase in bitcoin reaches the price of 1 BTC = $ 7000 .
Unfortunately in my country bitcoin still not legal

We would have to be the ones to do it,  as bitcoin is a currency that the people,  and not a big company with billions to spend on advertising own.  PayPal can afford to put advertising everywhere,  but most of us probably can't.  It would be interesting to see if any big investors of bitcoin will try this as a tactic to make bitcoin go up,  however,  so that they can sell all their bitcoin at a gain.

I dont see any negative results for the bitcoin to be shown in media. I think there's a positive result for that instead because it will advertise the bitcoin and a lot of people will have interest and join the bitcoin too.

I definitely think there is a learning curve with bitcoin. If you have the masses buying it, then the risks are higher for security. Bridging the gap will be revolutionary

Just keep faith in bitcoin because i think that the not legality of bitcoin in your country is just temporary and if your government will see the potential of bitcoin because of its progress and also because of the actions of the other country then they will make it legal and they will make an advertisement for sure that will tell people that bitcoin is a currency that has a good potential and also a good investment.

It's a unique idea..let's give a thought about it.
I think it is not possible to show Btc ads on national TV. I mean What features such ads will present..... Decentralization and anonymity in payments!!!
That means it is encouraging people to drop FIAT and adopt BTC as currency on an open platform. Will govt allow such ads to show on TV!!!

Then it will draw in more attention, gain more popularity, and have intensive promotions. I believe that there are more people watching TV than browsing the internet. Why? Because majority of all the populations belong below or along the poverty line. It is more affordable to watch television than checking out the internet in most parts of the planet.

I strongly agree with this idea because television is the best means of introducing bitcoin to the public, because in general everyone is watching television every day and we can imagine that with an hour of broadcast how many people can watch and get to know btc even get information about btc, i think this is a very good idea

In your question you say "if WE advertise.." but what means we? Who will invest in these advertising campaigns? Miners? or the btc community?
Not too sure it is a good idea. A few months ago, there was lots of ads everywhere for investing in the Forex and lots of people have lost big money.
Bitcoin is still a very high speculative asset.

Actually, it's a good idea that we advertise it on t.v. I think it's better if the moderator will advertise it on t.v or in social media so that many people will invest in bitcoin. It can also help people to trust bitcoin because advertising is describe or draw attention to (a product, service, or event) in a public medium in order to promote sales or attendance.

television is just one of the medium for btc to gain popularity, but it will also attract the tax hungry government, let's just btc make its own mark here in the internet. btc is already popular, television advertisements are good but it is not needed, internet has a wider potential than mainstream media.

The elites of the wold do not want Bitcoin to go mainstream so doubtful this would slide. Great idea though! Bitcoin has been and will continue to become mainstream and gain exposure as the news keeps covering it, companies start accepting it, and we tell all of our friends about it. It may take a bit of time but we will get there.
