I think the hotels and restaurants which are highly reputed can do the advertisements to attract international customers as its a kind of service.
Even more the international builders/construction companies can do the add to attract the customers.Unless and until it is banned in any country.

Yes it would be good for the future of bitcoin as then it will increase with a very fast rate as more people will invest in bitcoins. As it will be globally spread all over. So it will be best for all people to have a great profit through bitcoins. Even then bitcoins will be used in day today purchases.

I've just thought about this for a moment but, if we want bitcoin to get more popularity, attention or acceptance would it be nice to make some advertisement about it on T.V.? I don't know if in other countries they advertise bitcoin but in my country, I haven't seen one. How do you think advertising bitcoin will affect the people? Any thoughts?
I dont think it would effect many people and this kind of technology has to get adopted through word of mouth. Also who would pay for the ad because it is not like there is a corporation who heads up bitcoin. It will slowly keep getting out there dont you worry in 5 years there wont be a soul on this planet who hasnt heard of bitcoin. |

It is a good idea but advertising bitcoin in television is not an easy task because you need a big amount of money before it will advertise in television. I am really sure that advertising bitcoin in television is effective and it can influence many people. Money is normal for the rich, they have enough money to do anything as advertise Bitcoin on T.V. However, you have to remember the government don't accept promote any product from cryptocurrency unless they accept it. Therefore, you can't do that until you can get accept from the government. I agree with you but if bitcoin would be advertised on TV it will get a lot of attention and the price will increase a lot because people see that bitcoin is worth the investment and that way we all who started with bitcoin way earlier can make a lot of profit too. |

This would be great for industrial developing countries, especially those recognized by governments as Bitcoins. In my country they have very little good news about Bitcoin because everyone in my country is still not aware of Bitcoin.
Today in my country, due to a large rate of unemployment, people has been forced to find a way of earning money, and has made a big impact that people of my country (not in my are), has known about bitcoin. This means with a matter of time, more and more people will know about bitcoin. |

If we advertise bitcoin on Television everyone will start knowing about bitcoin, the reputation of bitcoin crypto currency will increase and the popularity increases, transactions work flow will raise with bitcoin, fiat investments dis-appears, slowly all shops, restaurants will start accepting payments with bitcoin.
This creates much astonishment in the economy and the government understands and mold itself to economy principle and where there is a demand all government vote for them and ultimately government start legalizing bitcoin.
There will be plenty of bitcoin transactions, bitcoin price will be 10 times more faster.
online stores like amazon do start accepting bitcoin as their payment.
Ultimately it plays a vital role in the economy and even to have transactions with bitcoin there was chances for many people to educate themselves into digitization.

I'm not convinced the technology is mature enough for widespread adoption.
We need to know that Bitcoin, and the use of it, is bullet-proof before mums and dads get involved.
A big hurdle, considering how much wealth is lost every day by people mis-handling their wallets and keys. Not to mention block sizes creating transaction delays and incurring higher and higher costs.
I know everyone is restless, but it's best for Bitcoin if it remains in the shadows for some time yet.

T.V. is part of traditional media. So, I do not think that is appropiate to advertise Bitcoin on TV. The same happens with other cryptocurrencies. It makes me imagine the possibility of rise of scammers that have the skills to provide wrong or ambiguous information about what Bitcoin can offer and apart of other scenarios that can appear, "traditional media and people" in general will work to get down bitcoin or something worse: add taxes, for example. Although TV is not as massive nowadays like internet, there are still a lot of people with TV cable access and will have the chance to see the possible Bitcoin ads. It is something we have to be very careful with.

I think that this will begin to naturally take place through corporations and businesses instead of being directly marketed by Bitcoin. More and more retailers that begin to accept the currency will naturally begin to include it in their marketing and advertisement. Thus allowing it to become more reputable, for example, companies such as Amazon and Apple add prestige and trust.

No it is not a good idea...Bitcoin is not any brand to advertise..if we advertise it,it will be expensive idea...who will bear the cost of advertise..
I think bitcoin doesn't need to advertise..it is slowly growing...but people are talking about it already...it will spread through people..people are the large media

We people who earns bitcoin from signature campaigns and bounty campaigns are one of the good advertisers of bitcoin, we don't need television and other social medias to do it. Thats good, in my opinion ,I agree with that, i agree on that thing so that some people will know about bitcoin , some people dont have any idead about bitcoin, for them if they heard bitcoin ,for them its a scam, they said that maybe because they dont know bitcoin, thats why i agree on ,if bitcoin will advertise on tv.

Spreading bitcoin information via television certainly cost a fortune, but menruutku ads on tv less effective because most tv viewers will divert to another broadcast when the ad.

You notice mostly millennials are being aware because TV is dying slowly. I have only internet and HD antenna for local channels but I hardly use it. Only thing tv brings is the people older than 50. Anyway Bitcoin has social media and youtube. You have to thank cable companies for killing tv. |
