What if, we advertise bitcoin on T.V.?

this is very interesting if bitcoin will be broadcast on the television news, I'm sure bitcoin users will increase great and eventually the public will flock to learn such a sophisticated technology. This will make the bitcoin more successful.

I've just thought about this for a moment but, if we want bitcoin to get more popularity, attention or acceptance would it be nice to make some advertisement about it on T.V.? I don't know if in other countries they advertise bitcoin but in my country, I haven't seen one. How do you think advertising bitcoin will affect the people? Any thoughts?

Thats a nice ideas because obviously when bitcoin advertiae in t.v. like commercial, bitcoin is more being famously known in the world and people who has a such potential in business is like to join or try bitcoin. But before it advertise on t.v. , why not to wait first to be approve by government to full access or use of bitcoin in the world. Not only in t.v. it will advertise, it advertise in newspaper, magazine, billboards etc.

That's a good idea but bitcoin is not yet decentralized and all we know that 2 out 10 people that know bitcoin think that it is a scam that they can lead them to danger they may take a action to it and may report to the government.

We need to let Bitcoin progress naturally, we are still in the very early stages, we are not ready for mainstream adoption yet.  Altcoins, tokens, platforms etc are still being created, bugs are being fixed.  

Clif High mentioned he thinks we are still in the innovators stage, not even in early adoption, I think that's a nice way to think about it.  Give it a year or two and people will come naturally, plus the bigger crypto can grow in that time, the stronger and more resilient it will be to any forces trying to undermine it.

Because on that situation most people make some adoption because if this was been advertise on t.v they think that it can be trusted but as long as this are not been yet exposed on television they are blind on the truth and believe what they are first think about bitcoin some negative about it so better to publich it not just one time but make a attention from the viewers.

I think if bitcoin will advertise in television it will cost so much. in this era the people are not depending ob television commonly they use now is online and etc.

For me it will give a negative and a positive impact in the bitcoin world. A positive because it will be more popular, once it become more popular many people will accept the concept of bitocin. More people will be encourage to use bitcoin in their daily lives. In the other side, it will be negative because as all we know once one thing or system is popular, many people will envy on it. And we all know the once envy comes, they will make or create things to put it down or destroy it.

Reuters reports that Man Group, a UK-based hedge fund, will be getting involved in Bitcoin trading if CME Group’s plans to open a regulated futures exchange are approved. According to Business Insider, Man Group is “one of the largest hedge funds in the world” and the fund’s website points out that they manage $103.5 bln in funds.

I think that is a great idea if you advertise bitcoin on T.V. because there are so many people who can see that so that if they can saw it they will ask or they will make a research. If they make a research and if they know that by using it they can earn money I think that they will be start working on it or using it.

In my country tv have real effect specially for old people . so if global tv channels speak good about bitcoin number of demand will increase so fast

I haven't seen an ad about promoting bitcoin in national TV. But I think if we advertise bitcoin on T.V.,many people will become interested in joining bitcoin and there's a possibility that government will look our way,notice bitcoin and accept it as a currency. I can't say that it will happen but for my opinion,I can say that it's a 50-50 chance that the government will notice bitcoin.

I think in my country it has not been possible if bitcoin is advertised on television because to get permission from the government there is still no approval. if bitcoin is advertised on television it will probably be a lot of people who know him better, but what power if the government prohibits its dissemination.

You notice mostly millennials are being aware because TV is dying slowly.   I have only internet and HD antenna for local channels but I hardly use it.  Only thing tv brings is the people older than 50.

Anyway Bitcoin has social media and youtube.

I agree. It is true that television is not soich appealing anymore for the millennials nowadays. Simply because we have progressed this much already and we are all in the age of the internet. Even here in the house, only my mom and grandparents watch television because most of us browse the internet all the time. Working or watching anime, then reading and studying.

TV is a mass media so if bitcoin is advertised through TV that reaches to maximum population, especially in the places where bitcoin is not much popular that helps to gain attention of the people.
