What if, we advertise bitcoin on T.V.?

Yes bitcoin is now popular worldwide even in the small or poor country. And if we advertise on television it getting more popular and many people will interest it. Especially when the foreign celebrity will advertise it. It will become more famous. And the more people who gets bitcoin the more chances of gaining money and income. So in my opinion i like the way we advertise on television.

Television is a big window to reach to the mass community.
Bitcoin`s popularity is restricted because its not reaching to people.
People have very limited knowledge/information about bitcoin.
If we start advertising bitcoin on television it will help to make bitcoin more and more popular among people.
But bitcoin is a decentralised, peer to peer operating currency.
It don’t have a backing or support of institution or organisation.
So will make the advertisement, now a days advertisements are no cheap, they requires huge money.
In case of bitcoin who will bear the expenses.
Who will take decision regarding when and where to display the advertisements.

In my opinion,  bitcoin doesn't need to be advertised on tv.  It is gaining popularity nowadays, especially on this age of computer. Everyone had access on the internet and can make a research about bitcoin with just a single click.

To know about the word bitcoin, we need publicity or else how can people get to know what is Bitcoin. At least people heard this name, and they know the price of the bitcoin then they do reseacrh in google. To spread the word bitcoin to everyone we need media help then only it is possible.

That's good idea. Bitcoin will more popular if advertise on tv. General public will know about that. I think from Bitcoin management should take a step for it. So all over the world people will know what is Bitcoin. If every body know then it's possible to use Bitcoin everywhere. Many people still don't know what is Bitcoin.

Advertising bitcoin on tv is a great way to get people  know about bitcoin but in my country that would never happen because the government has banned bitcoin though bitcoin has a lot of benefits for people.

There's more option for you to advertise instead of TV. Yeah we know it can increase popularity but you need a lot of money and time to explain how bitcoin works. Besides without these advertising bitcoin already known through internet just one click away.

You are right. If we want to make bitcoin popular and we wish it definitely. Then I must say the developers should take an eye on this account and make bitcoin famous. On planet earth, every house have TV so that will be the best method to take bitcoin at such a low level areas too. This all will upgrade the fame of bitcoin and thus the market will be making such huge profits at the end of day.

The only company that would benefit from a TV advertisement is that company who can afford it AND integrate or create a POS system that would allow the common merchant, like you mom and pop shops, gas stations etc... to SECURELY and quickly accept Bitcoin.
 There is a downside, and that is it opens the merchants t o gate fees.  The Bitcoin POS would have to hve a gate fee that is  less expensive than the current Debit/ Credit cards offer. Not to mention purchasing "MONEY" that can be sold for more money or goods is a plus.

 A consultation company whos sole function is to get a business POS or similar system up and running so a merchant can remain free of Gate Fees, and manage the stores money independently, SHOULD how the future or retailing and wholesaling should go, I mean it is a no brainer. Cut yourself from the corporations, manage your money independently, and collect a volatile currency that you can increase your holdings with. You can't use any fiat currency system for investment purposes, but you can with  cryptocurrecy .

Once the Mom and Pop shops are educated and suitted for the Crptocurrency future, all crypto currecies will rise in value

 Educating these merchants,  is of primary importance, the company that can offer those services CONSULTATION TOWARD INDEPENDENT PERSONAL ECONOMIC

POS SYSTEM INTEGRATION AND/OR INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT  w/ Lowest competitive Gate Fee


 Would do well advertising their services with BITCOIN on TV

The government manage the Television programmer, I do not think they will accept to add Bitcoin into the Television program.
Because, most of the countries are neutral to decide the rule for Bitcoin or do not accept it in their country.

I recall there are reports that the principal Bitcoin business on TV air on ESPN  The promotion is upheld by BitPay which I think cleared its approach to progress. Dash was apparently broadcast on the United Airline's TV. Television notice could give a noteworthy impact on the general population who might be urged to put resources into Bitcoin.

if we advertise a bitcoin on T.V it is very very good because we can help a poor people to be a rich and to be a successful people tp help thier families from poor life so it is good to advertise bitcoin on T.V so that they will see it and believe on bitcoin

For businesses that usually place ads on TV, if they will use Bitcoin as part of their payment

I guess the main problem is that bitcoin is open-source, community driven... Altough there are some bigger players on the market.
I think this would make it incredibly difficult to get a concensus on which add would be shown, as well as finding sponsors to foot the bill. TV ads aren't cheap

But yes, IF there would ever be a concensus about showing a TV ad, and we would find somebody footing the bill, i think it would give BTC and incredible boost. In my country, most people still think bitcoin is only used by criminals, they always give me a strange look when i tell them i have some btc to.

Great idea! Many people allover the would have enough knowledge on how to earn from it. Many would be grateful and amazed once they know how it works. They would probably be supporting it because it has been sustained and maintained many years ago. It has a strong foundation evidently.

They already advertise it in Japan. Actually I've never seen an advertisement of bitcoins in tv and but I saw some news on tv about regulating bitcoins and when the price hits five thousand dollars a month ago.  The bitcoin will become more widespread if it have an advertisement on tv but  who will fund this ad? And it will also mean that your country fully accept the use of bitcoins if you see an advertisement on tv.

However, there are many issues to advertise Bitcoin on T.V
Copyright, culture and legitimacy are key issues.
As long as you can solve these issues, you can advertise Bitcoin through T.V, if not, you can advertise Bitcoin through facebook or other socials, I think it is still good.

It is safe to say that not everybody knows about bitcoins and so the better way to spread the word is through television advertisements! It sounds very interesting but we know that when people are watching shows and the commercial is on, it’s time for them to also go to the bathroom, get more popcorn, everything else and what not. No matter how wonderful the ad may be, if people would not pay attention to it, it’s useless.
If commercials feature some of your favorite personalities, would you listen to them talk about bitcoins?
