What if, we advertise bitcoin on T.V.?

I've just thought about this for a moment but, if we want bitcoin to get more popularity, attention or acceptance would it be nice to make some advertisement about it on T.V.? I don't know if in other countries they advertise bitcoin but in my country, I haven't seen one. How do you think advertising bitcoin will affect the people? Any thoughts?

The cost for advertising on tv is very expensive, better advertising in social media alone it will be cheaper. I think social media will be a good advertising tool.

Why would we need to advertise it on TV when the media does that job for us every time it's mentioned in the news. Besides, I think it's only a natter of time before certain bitcoin-based companies probably do start advertising their products on TV but it should be up to them to do this sort of advertising not us, but in the meantime we can do our own form of advertising by telling everyone you know and meet about bitcoin and answering any questions or issues they may have with it. A grassroots campaign with people power is much more effective in my opinion and doesn't cost us anything at all.

we are trying to advertise bitcoin more and more and for that we need to use every source like twitter facebook youtube telegram etc just like that T.v is the best and big source of advertisement and if bitcoin advertisement is starting on T.v channel then i think in very short time more people will get known about bitcoin and as the users of bitcoin is increasing then its best for the future of bitcoin.

If there is a chance that bitcoin will advertise in televesion I think it will attract many potential investors and I think it would become more popular and famous. In addition to that, advertising of bitcoin in television will have a good affect in the people especially to the people who already know what bitcoin is.

This is a terrible idea.  We need to chill out and let Bitcoin continue its organic growth.  Its not good to pump the technology to the masses just to have them all lose trust in it when there is a 90% correction and they expected continued tripling yearly.  Crypto isn't slow and steady but we dont want to attach a rocket to it either.  Just enjoy the ride.

Advertising bitcoin on TV is a very good ides. As TV is an electronic media most people watching tv. So if more and more people want to knows about bitcoin you should advertise through TV. But their are other ways rather than TV. We should tell our friends personally.

We should advertise on social media because it have great influence now days. Also we can advertise in press media. Any medium is better for bitcoin to be advertised.

What's being asked is the result in bitcoin if it will be advertised in TV. Well, bitcoin will surepy be so famous by then resulting to higher demand on bitcoin that will surely result higher price of bitcoin  and it will be very beneficial for bitcoin traders and investors. And advertising fees won't be hard for one bitcoin has a high value when converted in fiat. I also think that companies and ventures that use accepts and use bitcoin will be the one who will mind to advertise bitcoin in TV.

I dont think advertisement in TV is a good idea because we know that every seconds counts in the advertisement is expensive. If Bitcoin will be advertise in the television then i think i will cause to Bitcoin tax. When that time comes it will be disadvantage to us. It is possible to get bitcoins to be on TV but the problem is the ad space. Someone needs to finance them as mainstream media is all about business.

Other countries dont yet recognize bitcoin as use for payment..and if we advertise it on tv to make it popular the advertiser should make sure that it is not scam

But who will pay for the advertisements? I doubt Core is willing to pay for this. Everytime I hear bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies on television it is mostly negative especially in my country.

For now bitcoin was already popular worlwide and some of the states already accepted and legalize to operate thier country as digital currency. bitcoin got popularity already for me not so much advisable to advertise on tv.

It will cause both good and bad results. We all know that bitcoin can be used on crimes and once it was televised, it will surely get the attention of those who made these crimes to be aware that they can also used bitcoin for their transactions. We also didn't know that they might know it already. For the good one, lots of shops can open their shops to allow bitcoin as a payment for their transactions.

No need to fret, I'm pretty sure that bitcoin will soon be known more in your country. Even without the advertisement on TV.  I can say this because, I've noticed that in my country, bitcoin is frequently being featured more in local news than before. They are always discussing about the price of bitcoin and giving awareness that people should be careful in investing on bitcoin because of the scams that most people are trying to do to those new in the world of cryptos.

I guess the main problem is that bitcoin is open-source, community driven... Altough there are some bigger players on the market.
I think this would make it incredibly difficult to get a concensus on which add would be shown, as well as finding sponsors to foot the bill. TV ads aren't cheap

But yes, IF there would ever be a concensus about showing a TV ad, and we would find somebody footing the bill, i think it would give BTC and incredible boost. In my country, most people still think bitcoin is only used by criminals, they always give me a strange look when i tell them i have some btc to.

For me that is a nice idea because more people will know what is bitcoin, what is the purpose of bitcoin and what are the benefits you will get when you are using bitcoin. If we advertise bitcoin on tv more country will legalize the bitcoin and more people will have a job or part time job.

It would be a successful campaign IMO, i think most people who are not involved at the moment put it down to lack of knowledge or information about btc and alt coins.

If bitcoin will advertise in television is so very expensive because they know bitcoin is very in demand and popular in whole world.

If it so happened that bitcoin would be advertised in the television we will expect some various feedback from viewers and we would expect many of it are negative feedbacks. Well, whatever they say whether it will be air through television or not, we are still the living witness that bitcoin is legit and a lot of people are already earning. Whatever feedbacks it may get. It wont affect our trust to bitcoin.
