Guys. It says in the contract that eos tokens have no value.  If you invest you will lose it.  Simple.  Read it.

I have got nice news EOS.IO Dawn 2.0 has been released along with a public test network which will be maintained by the block.one team. This release provides an Alpha implementation of most of the remaining features described in their Roadmap for Fall 2017 and originally targeted for completion by December 21, 2017. As published in their Roadmap, “Phase 2 - Minimal Viable Test Network” was to demonstrate the following by Fall 2017:

1. P2P Network Code

2. Wasm Sanitation & CPU Sandboxing

3. Resource Usage Tracking / Rate Limiting

4. Genesis Import Testing

5. Inter-Blockchain Communication
That's the causes the price of EOS token was going up couples days ago and i think it is still up trend.

Guys tell me, I'm new, but I already understand that the ether is an unstable coin, the EOS can replace the ether in the future, or is it from the category of fiction?

that all depands on you, there is no doubt that eos has a strong dev team and a great potention, but even it can replace eth as BM said, it will be a long way, and eth will also update for further development

There is such a possibility as EOS has better functionality than the air. I think you should invest some money in this project

EOS has a completely unique structure for its ICO, it is a year long sale, they sell batches of tokens within 'rounds'.
Honestly I prefer this over most token sale models, removes the FOMO and allows me to make a rational decision.

On the one side I agree with you, reducing the fomo that is artifcially created in tokensales with hard cap is a good thing. But on the other side I dont know if the pricing structure is the best: collecting as much money as possible every round (day) for 365 rounds is so much money raised in the end. I still dont see why a blockchain software company would need billions of funding without even having a mvp. Dont get me wrong, I dont want to FUD, just some honest critique of an investor.

You make a good point. I would like to add though, that having bitshares and steem as a track record may be a better indicator for success than a mvp. They both have very good use cases and are still active after the lead dev left.

From my perspective, I dont really care if they raise billions or trillions, as long as the more money raised allows for the EOS platform to be deployed in its full capacity faster. I absolutely love permissionless systems.

I agree, that was maybe formulated not in the best way. I honor Brock Pierce and his work, his person alone is an indicator of succes thats for sure. I also like that he honors integrity, which is such an important attribute in this space. I also think that EOS will rule in 2018, no doubt. What I was trying to say with "there isnt even a MVP" was more of the nature, that it just doesnt deduce to me for me why a startup need this kind of funding. Compared to regular startups that are going through seed funding and VC rounds this just seems so unreal. Hope you understand my point.

They'll also be using the money to help build dapps on their platform.

If I start a dapp with my own servers, do I have to share my resources with the whole network?

No, you just run a node that connects to EOS so you can make transactions etc. You provide that service to your dApp users but you won't have
to do anything other than staking some EOS in a contract to "hire" resources like transactions from the network.
