Giga-watt token is listed on a few exchanges:

https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/giga-watt-token/trading_exchanges#panel

I am quite satisfied with EtherDelta, thought it is not too simple.

Also the wallets do not work in the others. Only Etherdelta then.  So coinmarketcap has delisted us.

I don't really see big drawbacks with this delisting. Sure, this is discouraging for those who was hoping to earn money on the token's price increase. But it turned out to be not a speculative coin, but just a pure utility one.

The dangerous Giga-watt rival appears in the Washington state  Wink

Bitmain, Chinese cryptocurrency mining company, has been given a green light to set up a blockchain facility in Western Walla Walla County, a county in the U.S. state of Washington.

Its more than discouraging when you have other market caps showing coins available of which the purchaser will never get them in his/hers gigawatt account, in fact it looks scammy as fuck, personally i buy to use but with no guide telling me where to purchase i can see a lot of dissapointed buyers. This needs dealing with, I suggest we have in house trading within our gigawatt wallets. Wouldnt take much to alter the code. As long as we keep usd trades out, we are good to go.

As WTT is an ERC20 token, there should be plenty of new decentralized exchanges opening up in the next few months that support wallet-to-wallet trading of tokens like WTT. For example, https://simpledex.io looks like a pretty easy to use one that is still in the beta phase. Other options include IDEX or RadarRelay. 2018 is the year of the DEX. Won't be long until we don't even need major centralized money-grubbing exchanges that control the flow of all tokens with an iron grip.

In fact they also loose - they paid $1M to a big investor under a lawsuite, returning him his funds invested. Also they issued 10% more tokens at their expence to the holders of the last tokens batch.  But indeed, the biggest loosers are clients.

I don't know about marketing it more. I'd say Giga-Watt should keep their focus on the construction of pods. They already have more mining equipment on hand than they currently have space available to put it into service, and that doesn't seem to be changing even as they bring more pods online. They also have some of the WTT token holders upset enough about the delays to bring lawsuits against them, and other WTT token holders unhappy about the delays, but willing to wait.

Big exchanges don't always lead to more volume, but it can. There is only big volume where there are significant numbers of parties on both sides of the trade, regardless of the exchange. If there is sufficient investor demand, they will figure out how to use the existing exchanges.

No mining at the moment.

Giga Watt has also mentioned in several emails over the last few months that they will focus on getting tokens listed on exchanges once all the pods are built sometime this summer.

The lack of patience some investors have is crazy--when you invest in a project at the very beginning, you should ALWAYS expect delays. Factoring in that most issues were out of Giga Watt's control, the anger some investors have is just idiotic. But that's to be expected.

I'm a bit late for the party, unfortunately. Have you reached the soft cup in your ICO? What further plans do you have?

Giga-Watt said many times that listing was not the important thing they needed these days, and they better focused on accelerating building facilities.

Construction update from GW:

Pangborn update: 18 April 2018 - Last week PUD approved the plans and equipment setup for mobile temporary substation. It is moving this week along with switch gear to our Pangborn site. During this week the concrete pads have been formed and curing for all the components. PUD has connected the 115KV main line to our private line. We are waiting for the drilling company to go deeper than 200 feet for grounding well to hit the water table. We have to meet the IEEE standard for the grounding grid. The soil testing will be done every 50 feet after 200 feet drilled till we get the needed resistance level up to PUD requirement. Also we are working on delivering the H-frame to get the power line transitioned to substation transformer to power up pods. More updates to comesoon. We will keep you all informed.

Fully agree...  But nobody can do anything  Roll Eyes

Another update from 21 April 2018 - The H-frame scheduled to be delivered mid next week as well as a switch gear for substation. The concrete pads have been poured and cured. The pad for mobile substation was asphalted and conduits were prepared. 5 pods in total are filled with miners, the sixth is in a process of completion. We are waiting on the PUD approved gear to arrive and start the process of wiring and hooking up the power. The rest of the equipment requested by PUD in process of production.
