But if i move the tokens to the Giga-Watt wallet i can rent them ? What's the roi ?

1. yes, you can rent them out
2. 4.2 cents/KW/h if you rent to large customers with > 100 miners. But you won't be able to rent out all tokens. Approx. 40-60%.

One will be able to rent out all tokens after all miners will be deployed, I think.    At the beginning, is Sep-Oct one could rent 100% tokens at the lowest 4.2 rent.

And it gives about 30% a year. not 60 Smiley

OK, thank you! I want to sell them and saw that they have a WTT-Token-Wallet. so it is possible to sell it there and get ETH or BTC for it, right?
No, currently HitBTC does nor allow nor deposit WTT tokens from outside, nor send them somewhere if you had bought them on HitBTC.    I bought a few hundred of wtt there in September for about 1.3$ , but was not able to withdraw.   Finally I sold them on HitBTC for 2.5$ somewhre in December, because they don't give ANY indication when they will allow to withdraw.

Yes, thats sadly true! Wanted to deposit WTT but than I got the message that this is not possible yet. :-(

Its a pitty that their focus of infrastructure use is too narrow, i.e. limited to mining only. I can imagine the tokens to be rented in future for several different use-cases (cloud services, HPC, hosting ...).
If this project survives, and they satisfy the condition that all the tokens on their platform are rentable (not only 30-70 % of them as now), the pontetial is quite good.
At the lowest rent price now of 4.20 ¢/kWT/h, 1 token can generate $0.3 neat profit per year, which is 15 % roi at the token price of 2 $. Moreover, you can still trade the token.
In future, however, the electricity costs will hardly decrease so the token will be for sure rented at more competetive prices than now.

Hello,
I have some WTT rented on giga-watt.com, it worked fine until end of december, but since a few days (weeks ?) I don't receive any hosting income.
My 30 days income show positive value, but my 24 hours income is 0 since several days, although WTT are rented

Is the project currently operational? is there any plan for 2018 and beyond?
Developments that are available can not just disappear, so if the work is not being done, on which project does the team work?

Definetely not a scam.

Considering your forum posts I think you're a shill.

Giga-watt refuses to mine with hardware they have in possession for 3-4 month now.
Enough WTT tokens in my Giga-watt account but they don't enable my hardware.

This is scamming in my vocabulary.

Any good news?

My tokens were issued about 2 weeks ago and I'm generating some income on renting. But my 2 miners aren't up yet. Anyone recently get their miners up and running?

Same here. I purchased my antminer early juli. Still waiting in hardware deployment que. When did you purchase the miners by GigaWatt?

Once people get their miners deployed, they will be happy ans stop complaining.

I only purchased 1 S9 and 3 L3's

The S9 has been deployed for about 1.5 months and the L3's are still waiting.

I can't be much happier as the S9 that was deployed has already paid for itself in a month and a half.  Awesome company with some start up issues.  I wish I would have bought more. I could kick myself. My L3's will be deployed in two weeks. I can't wait to mine some to the newer coins and interesting projects they have.  I purchased about 10,000 extra tokens for the future.

Hi everyone, do you think it's possible that one day a giga watt token will be at 100 USD or 1000 USD ?  Wink
noncence.  It has only unility usage, not speculation.  You can see that even now when all alts are dropping, wtt price is stable - so this is not a pump&dump token  Cheesy

BTW there is a fresh info about new development in Pangborn :

Hi,

Thank you for the information, the work is progressing, I really think it's a good investment and it's a serious company.
I agree that it is not a speculation token but the capitalization of the company can increase, what do you think?

Hi,

I think you're ignoring some signals that Giga-Watt Inc. is ignoring/scamming their customers. Would you like to be scammed ?

The main value WTT tokens have is discounted energy costs for mining. They aren't shares of the company, so even if Giga Watt the company increases in value the tokens are unlikely to move at all. Energy costs across the country would have to sky rocket for the Giga Watt token to increase a lot, which seems unlikely. If you aren't planning to mine with the tokens I would recommend investing elsewhere.

You can purchase/sell WTT tokens on etherdelta exchange without any issues. A bit time-consuming process due to its decentralized nature, otherwise it works very well.

Lol no way why would they. They are pegged to electricity prices and watts. The costs of electricity will not raise that the token build on it will be worth 100-1000 bucks.

Right now I am just not sure if you are serious or if that is a jocke Cheesy

So why it climbed up to 5 usd. When the 30M chips are issued, maybe the value will increase if people exchange them
