SSL is not enabled on the new server so it will throw this warning when you attempt to visit an https:// link for DKV2U. If you ignore this warning it will send you to the non-ssl version when you access it.

Dear players,

DKV2:Universe has been migrated to a new server. As a result of this some things may not be working properly and you may experience inaccessible parts of the game or broken parts. If you come across any bugs or errors please mail me immediately and let me know.

As compensation for the downtime and the errors involved I have awarded every player 10 Hyper Crystals. These items will not be usable yet as they are part of an upcoming update that will allow players to Hyper Jump past 5000,5000 but will be available once it has been added into the game fully.

I have SSL certificates for both sites but for some reason the server isn't picking them up. I'm fiddling with it on the vps, hopefully I can get it sorted out.

The wiki has been updated to include information regarding Travelling Merchants and Crystals.
Energy has been added as a market option in the Exchange.
Hyper Crystals have been added to the Currency Shop and Profile pages.
SSL has been readded to the game.
Players can now Hyper Jump past 5000,5000 by consuming 1 Hyper Crystal per jump.

Additionally, all items in the Currency Shop are 5% off when using HYPER.

I just noticed that the currency shop is hard to see, I think it would be great if it was linked to with a small banner under the player balances listed on the left of the page under where it says VIP level, location, action, etc.

Cost per ad per week is roughly $1 in any currency offered in game. You can add as many ads as you'd like for a maximum of 25 weeks.

Nice, I've been waiting for this feature - do you have any traffic stats you can share?

For the ads themselves I don't track exactly who clicks them, just when the ad is loaded or clicked it will add it to the ads existing stats.

For traffic stats for the site itself, I only tally up the amount of views the sites get which is displayed at http://cryptodatabase.net on the right side and resets daily.

It would take up too much database space to keep full records of these, 100-200k records per day. I'm trying to avoid anything that creates too much space as I'll have the issue I had before with my backups on the vps not being able to create full copies.

Players who are VIP 1 or higher receive a 10% discount on future upgrades. VIP 20 is the last upgrade planned for now but the code will accept up to level 25 though it might not reach that high for a while.

The admin tab is an indicator I set up for myself to let me know things going on with the game, there's red, orange, and lime.

I don't suppose there's any chance that the playable universe could be extended up to 15,000?  I'm getting bored of hogging the 10,000 border!

It can be increased to any number really but the area outside of 10000 wouldnt be able to have ports unless all unowned ports are deleted and the universe repopulated with new ports.

I've been looking for new stuff to add in and this gives me an idea on something I can do, I'll have to give it some thought and see how to go about it.
