I can no longer discern hypes from official updates.
As far as I've read through official channels, Visa partnership won't be officially communicated through the next "big" update...
All I know is that two or more weeks ago the press release was blocked due to some issue relevant to multi language release of the news itself.
Everybody are talking about official partnership with Visa but, correct me if I'm wrong please, nobody from Monaco ever talked about that.
Am I missing something?

Regarding the creation of a masternode, does this have to be on a VPS with a static public IP? Or can I run a masternode at home on my hypervisor?

All these what most people are telling or saying are assumptions and thoughts as there is no official stance on anything yet. On the other hand MCO has strong support and price looks very stable in some specific range though you can never be sure of anything in cryptocoins market. It is up to you to decide.
