Did someone get the MCO card correctly? Are they sending to the whole world? Unfortunately non-European cards are being canceled on multiple platforms, if MCO shows a different option from competitors, prices could rise even higher.
Officially , yet to be sent out. Unsure abt the Beta units though. Cards will only be offered after the following listings. Singapore will be the 1st country to receive it

the price is increasing so fast You should waste less time spamming worthless crap with zero information content and more on studying markets. At least if you want to really be rich one day and sustain your wealth. I started with $50 to invest, at present I own 19 BTC, I did not listen to the advice of those who want to lower the price, I risked and I waited. if I remember before the BTC came to the value of today, everyone said it was scam, and news that would lower the price. You do the same thing. MCO increases and will grow a lot to your disappointment. Buy with confidence is my advice and wait a week. the cards will be delivered to everyone, we have to focus on his price All who are negative and write bad things about mco are like ... "tomorrow is the end of the world" do you have to believe them? Thank you for the support. Our team is doing an incredible job both working on the cards and the wallet app. I't worth the wait. Stay tuned for more news.

The VISA card of Monaca digital currency has huge market space. You can see that the annual volume of VISA cards in the world is amazing now. So this project can be rising from birth to price, buying and holding, let's see it better tomorrow.

Read this at first and re-read what you wrote. Their language is confusing, though what I understood, that money will be from this:
We generate revenue every time our customers swipe Monaco card from the fees paid by merchants (interchange revenue). On average, merchants accepting a payment with a card receive only $97 of every $100 spent by the customer, $3 being split between card scheme, program manager, issuing bank and acquiring bank. Monaco’s share of the interchange revenue comes in at 1.5-2% depending on transaction profile. Monaco will roll-out new, revenue generating products over time.
That's just bad wording from their side, they mean 1.5-2% of the payment made. How else do you think they can provide 0.75% (even more for platinum) cashback? Basic logic. Where is logic buddy. If there is $3 taken from $100, so $3 are split between all parties involved. How they can take more? Monaco’s share of the interchange revenue comes in at 1.5-2% depending on transaction profile. (interchange revenue) - the fees paid by merchants. (these $3 from $100 spent)So re-read again please! You clearly have no idea how interchange fees work. Here is an example: In this case MCO is the issuing bank, thus receives 1,70% of the TOTAL TRANSACTION (percentage depends locally) Wait a sec, I thought they are program manager? ? We are the VISA program manager. Program manager is responsible for card branding, marketing, distribution, customer support, KYC/AML. Card issuer is responsible for meeting local regulatory requirements and settlement to Visa.

I remember entering an email address, phone number, and then directly had to do some ID proof.

Is there any new exchanges? Anyways I don't think listing on more exchanges will make much of a difference to token price. They are already on two very large exchanges - Bittrex and Binance - plus a few of the smaller ones.
But hey, more choices and exchanges is a good thing. I'm looking forward to news on new card features and peogress
