sorry, since I join in bitcointalk, there are new word / term that I have not understood the meaning

devotees simply means that:

a person who strongly admires a particular person or is extremely interested in a subject
example: He is a great devotee of the prime minister.

we can also says it is investors, since they are intersted in the concept of primalbase. hopefully the ico will end in just a few hours.

I don't think it will take much time to finish because the maximum cap can be considered low for primalbase and the this is a good one to worth investment. It can be done in minutes. Let's see.

They will just see the best one in all, like best social campaign promoter, best/most post maker and something like that!
it basically is , who gives more publicity to primalbase. that's only fair

you are correct about that. many investors will really be fighting who will comes first to buy because of the early investors bonus.
maybe this crowdsale will not last for a week or two.
