My ideais, if they deliver their location promises on time, some doubtful people will trust them again.
The locations were opened, the only thing was that the holidays came right after. So we used this time to make some improvements. When can we see more detials about the prices(private office) on the current locations. Others are showing the deiled prices on their website. |

But it is also possible to rent them by fiat. Would you like to share those prices? And private offices are occupied in Amsterdam I guess, what's current situation for Berlin? |

Just pondering...if this works as expected, what do people think would be a realistic value for one pbt? Assuming a combination of actually utilising the office, and a rental income when the opportunity arises?
Also, what would the impact be of the company expanding to beyond the initial five offices planned on this estimated price?
Any thoughts folks?

Now you should not sell. The price in BTC has fallen very much, one in the equivalent of the US dollar, it has grown. This platform works in the real sector. There can not be such big X as in pure online projects. But more reliable. |

I personally think that the journey is just started. With the offices working and running, it's like we just finally take our big step. Before this, all of those months behind, the project was like . . . gaining firepower. So it'll be too bad to sell right now as we'll see a lot of improvement

That is fine, but that doesn't take into account the (at present) unquantifiable benefits of ethereum and the network in general. This isn't quite the same with PBT, as there will always be a fixed value for the cost of hiring an 'office space', and thus 'massive growth' will be restricted by this cost.

The price of an office can always be changed. Due to the limited supply of PBT, with a small demand, the price can still increase. |
