What did you mean with "empty" ?  Did you mean if i export the private key into my wallett the key is useless for an third party ( in this case chipmixer)?
The key was created by ChipMixer. So you can't really know for sure that they don't have a backup of the private-key. In the end, you must trust them if you want to keep using the same address they gave to you. That's why they recommend you to sweep the funds from the private-key to an address that only you have access.

But you still know this  private key before i'm able to export these into my walett  or ?
Yes. They create and fund the addresses. So they obviously had access to the address private-key.

That's why they recommend you to sweep the funds from the private-key to an address that only you have access.

So if i would like to withdraw funds from chipmixer it'll the best if:

1. Export the private key from chipmixer to wallet --> Disconnect the Transition from the Blockchain

2. Sweep the funds from the private key which had epxort in your wallet from step 1 in an other wallet --> Diesconnects the funds form chipmixer due to private key exchange.

So my assumption that this is the best way cause the first step disconnects your from the blockchain and the second one from chipmixer.

Even if the last step connects you with the blockchain again you are not linked with chipmixer anymore in this transition.

Plz. correct me if my conclusion is  wrong

There is no point to step 1.

If anything, all you are doing by "importing" your private key into a wallet, is increasing the chances that your funds might get stolen... due to exposing the private key (ie. having to type or copy/paste it into a potentially compromised computer) and leaving the funds sitting on that key for a period of time. Granted, given proper precautions are taken, the likelihood of that is relatively low, but still... it is an unnecessary step.

It doesn't really "disconnect the transition from the blockchain"... as there is no "transition". The funds remain on the same address (as controlled by the private key) as already recorded on the blockchain.

Even if the last step connects you with the blockchain again you are not linked with chipmixer anymore in this transition.
If by disconnect, you mean that it removes the chance for ChipMixer to "go rogue" and steal your coins... then yes... your funds are now "disconnected" from ChipMixer.

However, as the blockchain is a permanent, public record, it will more than likely be possible to show that the funds originally came from an address that was more than likely related to ChipMixer... so the funds can probably be traced back to ChipMixer, so technically, they're likely to stay forever "linked" with ChipMixer.

In short... just "sweep" the key... this means you only "expose" the private key once and can then discard it.

This seems quite an unusual error, can you post the bitcoin address?

Also, if you have the session open/or the session token, you could try one of the other options. I.E paste your address into the sweep part instead and see if that works if you're in a hurry.

Was there any Bitcoin sent to this wallet (has the key been given to two of you) or has the address always been empty (has no history on the blockchain)?

Also I check signed receipt (message --- MESSAGE ---

And one of pair privetekey+address is empty - no inputs and no outputs (No transactions found for this address, it has probably not been used on the network yet.)

For privacy reasons I did not post address here, but send all details to chipmixer e-mail

Hey there mate, if all is as it seems when it comes to the correct url and signature, send them a support request to chipmixer[at]protonmail.com. They'll manually review your mix instance and (hopefully) rectify the situation. They're fairly active here on the forums, as well, so you can alternatively send them a PM here, given that they accept messages from Newbies. They're pretty proactive on maintaining the quality of their service, and should be able to fix your problem.

Cheers!

Unfortunately, ChipMixer doesn't offer 24h support (yet).

If you open your session, you can extend it:
Quote
Session ends 7 days after it was started. Time remaining 167 h 59 min
If your browser is unstable, keep this link to recover the session.
If you need to extend session (input transaction is delayed), us this link

I've got into the same problem and received empty btc key from chipmixer.

There were dozen smaller amount keys and all were ok, just the biggest one is empty.

The address of that key has never received any input tx.

I've already sent email to chipmixer support and hope they will add btc to the address and fix their glitch in the system.

I've got into the same problem and received empty 2.048 btc key from chipmixer.

Sorry about that. Some transactions were not broadcasted properly. They were broadcasted now and they should be soon confirmed.

A horrible mixer! Intuitive interface is not understandable. Especially for the beginner. Absolutely not understandable functions of Split, Mergue, Beats, Donate. Translated 0.01 bts clicked on a button and the balance was displayed as 0.004 bts! Where did the money go? The remaining money ordered a withdrawal but nothing came. More I will never use!

Contact their support with your session ID so they can check the issues from their side.
The 0.01BTC should have been broken up into 0.008BTC.

The "Bet" function allows you to gamble with some of your chips.
The "Donate" allows you to donate a chip to chipmixer.
The "Split" makes one large chip into two smaller ones (I.E, splitting a 0.008BTC chip makes it into two 0.004BTC chips).
the "merge" merges two identical chips into one large one.

I though initially that splitting coins in this way was a horrible idea, but I have since realised that it is quite a good way of doing it as it means that it's much more difficult to do cryptographic analysis of the outputs if they all look similar.

Nice to see that chipmixer solved the recent 2.048BTC chip withdrawal issue so quickly (kudos).

@ChipMixer, can you incorporate segwit into the service (not sure if this has been suggested yet)?

The "Donate" allows you to donate a chip to chipmixer.

What is a chip? And in what sense do you sacrifice the mixer? I give my money to the mixer and do not get them back? Why should I do this? Huh

A "Chip" is what the funds are broken into. It's 2nx0.004 up to and including n=9.

An example of where you would do this is probably where you:
1. feel generous
2. get a 2.048BTC chip and a 0.004BTC chip and think (I can't be bothered with this change... May as well donate it). Don't know why you wouldn't try betting with it to see if you could get more (or potentially lose), though, sometimes it's nice to give back to a mixing service if you use them a lot.

That's why it's called a Donation. Every other mixer will charge you a fee to use their service. ChipMixer doesn't.

The thing is that they pay a lot in fees to fill their multiple chips with Bitcoins on a daily basis. Some people are greedy and want everything for free, while some others want to thanks ChipMixer for their service by donating something to help them keep up Smiley

What is a chip?
Think of them like virtual casino "chips"... they're just a representation of value. ChipMixer represents your balance as a collection of "chips", instead of having your balance as a single value.

Example: You deposit 1.452 BTC

ChipMixer breaks this into:
1x 1.024 BTC chip
1x 0.256 BTC chip
1x 0.128 BTC chip
1x 0.032 BTC chip
1x 0.008 BTC chip
1x 0.004 BTC chip

You still have 1.452 BTC total, it's just split across a bunch of different chips. if you were to withdraw, you get 6x private keys that have been pre-funded with those amounts.

A horrible mixer! Intuitive interface is not understandable. Especially for the beginner. Absolutely not understandable functions of Split, Mergue, Beats, Donate.
Did you read the FAQ? It explains ALL of these functions: https://chipmixer.com/faq

Quote

That depends on what button you clicked... which button did you click?

Withdrawing doesn't send coins anywhere... it simply gives you access to a "private key" that you can sweep (or import) to the wallet of your choice.
