Contact the ChipMixer support at chipmixer@protonmail.com

Since there are a lot of users reporting the same issue, this is most likely an issue with ChipMixer's node that is not catching up the new transactions. But don't worry. I'm 100% sure that they are going to fix it and everyone will be able to withdrawal your chips.

Reading through from the previous page only point to this issue of nodes which is not updated or synchronising as it should. I think I have witnessed this on an exchange site before having transfer coins showing confirmed on one end and not appearing on the exchange platform. Its started to feel like scam but it was because of their nodes were under maintenance which I believed its something going on here and hopefully it can be resolved very soon before it escalates.

Hi Guys,
Update for today. I have still had no reply from chipmixer@protonmail.com regarding the ongoing situation of "Waiting for confirmed transaction." after 109 confirmations on Blockchain. Has anyone else received any type of reply from CHIPMIXER support and do we know if they are actively checking this email? I tried to PM them here but their setting do not permit Nubes like myself on the forum to contact them.
Would really hope to receive some type of acknowledgment from their team today as this seems to be effecting several people.

The support email is the best way to contact them rather than through the forum PM system. I'm sure they will get back to you as soon as they can. All previous technical issues reported in this thread were dealt with and I'm confident they'll rectify this soon.

the last time (in January) when the same thing happened, he came to forum and fixed it in less than a day
I hope he fixes it soon before people start losing patience and trust in the service
In the meantime be sure to keep the session alive by extending it to avoid any unnecessary extra complications

ChipMixer does check their email, but doesn't offer 24/7 support (yet). Just in case: make sure your session doesn't expire before your deposit is credited. You have 168 hours (1 week) per session and can extend it when needed.

Thanks for the feedback. Still have some time left on the session, but would be good if CHIPMIXER offered some type of reply to at least acknowledge receiving the support request. It is unnerving to send a support request to a free mail service and not receive any reply at all.
Has anyone else received any feedback about this same issue?

Protonmail offers several paid email packages too, and can be paid with Bitcoin.
I'm pretty sure ChipMixer uses it because of the security and privacy it offers, and not because it's free.

Sorry about that. Our bitcoind got stuck. Please check again - it should be solved already.

the last time (in January) when the same thing happened, he came to forum and fixed it in less than a day
I confirm - this is the same issue as in January. We will need to investigate this more.

Hi, CHIPMIXER replied to the emails I sent and the issue has been resolved for me. Sometimes the best way to build trust is when something goes wrong and it can be resolved Wink
Thanks again and count on my continued business for sure.

Hadn't noticed it till I read pugman's post in the campaign thread but belated wishes for a happy first anniversary to Chipmixer! I still recall trying out the new mixer on the block with some curiosity, pleased to say there hasn't come another quite like it.

Also just read the betting fixture will be gone, that was a unique feature. Can we be expecting new features in the coming year?

I had mixed feelings about the betting thing. Based on how many times we got newbies asking why they would possibly want to donate to a bitcoin mixer (as if chipmixer were expected to be running a free service) and they must have got a lot of spam to their support asking why these functions existed (they obviously need the donate function).

I remember trying these out just after I got accepted into the campaign and got my first payment (I tested with 0.004BTC) and everything worked surprisingly well. I split my chip once and then split one of those chips again and bet with it (I won on my first bet and lost on the second and third so ended up with 0.002BTC but it was quite a nice integration to the system and I quite liked that).

A separate gambling site where you can request a voucher code from the mixer and use it on that site might work a bit better (I have a feeling the gambling thing went because otherwise people were forced to bet with quite a high minimum also - since the minimum chip size changed from 0.001BTC (~$7) to 0.004BTC (~$24).

As far as I know, the minimum chip size was reduced to 0.001BTC again when fees dropped:
Mining fees are very low now. Withdrawal of 1 and 2 mBTC chips has been reenabled.
It was only raised when 0.001BTC inputs were almost entirely eaten by mining fees.

I was confused about this as they haven't updated the site. When you get to the deposit stage it says:

Quote
Minimum amount is 0.004 BTC with 0.004 BTC increments.

But after you deposit you can split your chips down to 0.001.

I had mixed feelings about the betting option at first as well. But I've come to use it as a fun way to donate. The last couple of times I have used the service it has been disabled and I sort of missed it.

The betting feature was a good way to get rid of small inputs. When I had 0.007 BTC, I could either withdraw 0.001, 0.002 and 0.004, or bet. I lost 0.001 and doubled 0.002 to get 0.008. It could have been 0.004, but one way or another I wouldn't get small inputs.

I suspect support requests will come, whether or not a feature is there. Set a fixed fee, no donate or gamble option, and people will ask why there aren't those options. In fact, removing the betting option will probably see requests asking why, or future ones asking why not. I think we all know enough about people that questions will be asked, no matter how detailed explanations in FAQ can be Wink

The minimum is back to 0.001... but that's not anyway an impact since the betting is completely optional. No one is forced to use it, but it is an additional step to randomize output size. I still think it was a very good, very unique option others didn't have, but if there were a better alternative, I'm all for it.

Yes, those questions will be asked for now. but then they'll go away won't they? In a few months, new users to chipmixer will have no idea that there used to be a gambling feature on it that used to exist. New users currently probably don't either so it does solve the issue. and I do like the donate feature instead of charging a fee as then you can set how much you can actually give them and that you can actually pull out chips as private keys instead of them having to send you the coins as then you get to determine your own fee and the delay you want to use.

The minimum is back to 0.001... but that's not anyway an impact since the betting is completely optional. No one is forced to use it, but it is an additional step to randomize output size. I still think it was a very good, very unique option others didn't have, but if there were a better alternative, I'm all for it.
I still think a separate gambling site where you get a voucher code or something to input would be a good idea for them tro try to do. Even 7$ is quite steep for an initial bet (it's usually nice to run quuite a few 1 sat bet to check everything's close to fair - at least 30% win chance on x2 bets).

As loyce said it served as a good way to donate to the mixer or to get a bit more back than you were expecting from tiny inputs - though maybe not many people actually used this function or peopel used it instead of the donate feature and the house edge was too low for it to turn a profit from that.
As TheQuin said also, it still says the 0.004BTC on the main site @chipmixer, could you cange this when removing the gambling feature? Can you also change the bit at the bottom that says sessions will timeout after 48h and change that to the 7 days it currently is please Smiley?
