Ahh I know man, I’ve participated in a couple of campaigns before. I decided to stop being in them for a while but feel like joining one once again now.

I’ve been looking for a while & there’s nowhere near as many campaigns as there used to be & the one’s that are active are all FULL.

I keep watching this signature campaign from some time but is always full. Tried to apply via PM some time ago but I am not a very trusted member of the community and my application was rejected.

I have a few questions and if anybody can answer, I will be grateful.

Shall I apply once again in this thread and wait for approval? Is there a waiting queue? If there is a free slot how the new particpant is determined?

The best way probably is to check on Sunday. Payments (and removals) are generally done at the same time, which is some time on Saturday. I generally keep applications open until Monday or Tuesday. There's no waiting queue.

My selection criteria is based on a few things:
- Whether your posts will actually be read/seen
- Post quality
- Trust/recognition
- Sections you post in

Sending a PM to DarkStar_ does not improve your chances. In fact, it may even make your future opportunities worse. I signed up, the last time it opened. But I was not considered on the second list/phase.

Not being on my "second phase list" doesn't mean your post quality is bad. It's just that there's such a large number of people who have good quality that I have to be more picky in an attempt to narrow it down.

After @DarkStar reply, I have no doubts anymore.

Don't get me wrong I am truly thankful for all replies and help from members but if OP didn't post this short guide above then there will be always doubts and many confused people like me in this thread.

Now if somebody will look for an answer on "how to get involved in this campaign?". Then he will have a chance to find this guide and inside the answers, he needs.

Just noticed HabBear has got negative trust from OgNasty yesterday. According to rules perhaps he will remove from signature.

4. Getting negative trust from DT2+ or spamming will cause you to be removed without payment.

Although I send PM to manager morning(after upgrade my rank) but I wasn't aware about red tag of old participant.  

I would like to try my luck.

It's true I guess, it works just like a brand. No one wants to be affiliated with a potentially harmful member. The cause of the red trust might be completely subjective, but if someone indeed starts abusing it, he eventually will get punished himself. Karma goes around as they say.

Here's my application for your consideration...

Even if one member is got red trust from DT member it does not automatically mean that there is free spot in this campaign, especially if it is marked as FULL. Posting applications before campaign manager announce a free spot actually does not make sense, except in case of exceptional user as stated in campaign rules.

Note: If the campaign is full, but you are a very trusted member of the community, feel free to apply. I recommend PMing me to get a faster response. Those who obviously do not meet the requirements may be blocked/blacklisted.
