It's great that this community is still alive. I'm a PND fan since years over IRC channels. We were also voting for Poswallet addition, but unfortunately they changed their strategy. as known.

have few PND in my android wallet from past 2 years but doesn't seem to be getting any interest. Are there any specific requirements?
Daily reminder: You definitely don't want to be holding Pandas. It is much safer that you let me hold those for you in exchange for sweet, sweet satoshis. This coin is going to half a satoshi again. Search your feelings, you know it to be true. https://i.imgur.com/yHYQVb1.jpg

Pandancoin needs to implement new technology or feature to attract more people. Litecoin did that, so Litecoin comes back. Dogecoin can't do that, so its price is still low. WIll pandacoin do that?

Great to see PND back, the true international coin! See you soon all! Hello mtrycz, very nice seeing you back! Really missed you and all the fun we used to have, oh and 1dash; we should talk, with IOT and ideas we have for using the Pandacoin blockchain... Your 1dash would be an awesome tool for so much as things progress for our Pandacoin and crypto / IOT globally in general !

It's good to see that this old coin is still alive, if barely. However, the Linux download link on digitalpandacoin.org is broken (and appears to be quite old compared to the download in your first post). I still have a copy of the 3.0.1 bank/wallet I last used... it had a 0 balance last time I used it, so I just blew away the ~/.pandacoin directory, but the program can't find any peers (let alone sync with the blockchain). and I put your list of "addnode" peers from another post into use. It's syncing, but it's being slow about it.

I've checked the repos, and it seems that the recente updates were mainly cosmetic, so it *should* work just fine.

Yeah 1# was a great project, while it lasted xD I still miss something like that. Google Homepage was nice, before google killed it. So, what's in the making? (if it isn't a secret xD) edit: Awww man, I still have a folder full of pandas. Here's one of my favourites

I know! I have a long backstory of half-baked projects, unfortunately. If I only had the time to play with it some more... I learned so much from that experience, and had so much fun
Hey so I need support. I have several wallets from far back (I needed several, because one was for 1# donations, one was for the faucet, one was for offfice, one for home, and one for raspberry staking...) I don't really know which one of them does have any pandas in it. Also, I can't quite remeber the passwords to all of them. Is there an easy way to check the actual addresses contained in the wallets, so as to know if to bother with guessing the password?

I'm pretty sure this coin has plenty of things to offer if relaunched. Good luck to the team! I'll be holding a good bag of PNDs for its future success!

I guess you need to open them with the pandacoin wallet and see.

I'm trying to connect to http://www.usepnd.com/my-account/ but I have a lot of difficulties. Is it a dead project, or still active?

Hopefully you will be able to figure it out by trying every old password you can remember, until you can open your PandaBank / wallets. If you have any old wallet.dat backups made prior to encrypting, they can help. If you have an active exchange account even if it is bittrex, you should be able to access your withdrawal history to see addresses. I might be able to find an address or two for you but which wallet they are I can't help with. I will look into but doubt we can get any information from an encrypted wallet without the password.
