i think it depends, we all don't know what will happen to bicoin sooner or later but i hope bitcoin won't loose it's value beacuse i'm just starting to become a jr. member and I really wanted to earn a lot of money with the help of bitcoin so i hope not.

Not only you hope the value of Bitcoin not decreasing after August 1st. Most member on Bitcointalk Forum make money from campaign or any type with Bitcoin are hope that. But the market and rich man always doing the opposite our hope.

No,bitcoin could only lose its value is there is no one ready to buy bitcons.but we could see that bitcoin is legalized in some countries and there is an emerging rise in demand for bitcoins.Mass adoption of bitcoin is taking placer.So,its hardly im possible for bitcoin to lose its value.Rather it would soon cross $3000 and would rise even high.

People learn from past mistakes and so do the bitcoin community. We have seen before incidents that lead to the price of bitcoin tumbling down (Mt. Got comes to mind first) then the price has more than recovered from that. I am not saying that nothing like that would happen again, but with the continuous development and a growing userbase, there's no real threat to bitcoin going down and losing most of its value.

It is much usual thing in the case of the Bitcoin to loose it's value but again gain the value .
If you can keep your attention at the Bitcoin price then you will find that the price of the Bitcoin is going fluctuate with rise and down with 20-30$ daily .
But if you are asking to down in the price by 1 to 2k$/btc then I don't think it is possible because everyone knows that the value of the bitcoin can't go down , the main reason behind this factor is that , it is the medium to use the cryptocurrency market in perfect ways , And only few percentage of the world population knows about Bitcoin , so people will get enter in the bitcoin and price will increase step by step .
Here if you can see the prediction by the most experienced person in this field then you can estimate the price of the bitcoin to about 10k$/btc in the last of 2020 year .
So here I don't think that price will go down at much extent ( even for small time ) .

Actually Bitcoin has became a lot stronger than it was during Mt. Gox. Now investors very well know the potential of Bitcoin and most of them wouldn't abandon it during such happenings. Thus, possibility of crash due panic selling during such incidents have reduced significantly.  But if happens it would rebound back in short span as happened in this month. Bitcoin has proven to be the best asset to invest in for long term. Crashes will happen but wouldn't stay for a long time.

although bitcoin is decrease, bitcoin will be recover like before and if in august 1st the price is decrease like many people predicted, then we only need to waiting for a while because the price will increase and even it will reach high price. i think its the right time for us to buy bitcoin so the amount bitcoin in our wallet can increase and waiting for the right time to sell. but i don't think if bitcoin will lose its value because if the price is down, then i think its still normal and bitcoin always volatile so far.

Do not worry, this is not a bitcoin collapse, it's just a new development, a shift towards power in the future, although the bitcoin will be split, but it's still going to grow better way.

Bitcoin has experienced many incidents in the future, it almost died in 2013, however, then it began to develop steadily and vigorously. With what it has achieved, there are no possible causes for it to collapse.

Bitcoin lost %80 of its value after the GoX crash in late 2013. People panic sold their coins in despair. The price fell from over 1k$ to as low as 200$ in time. The recovery took very long time but those who hold their coins won the jackpot. Even the top buyers made at east %100 profits since then.

Can bitcoin lose its value? Yes. Only for a time.

In the long run, there will be a recovery as always.

The Solution: If you won't be able to deal with the pain of holding bitcoins for long years, only hold the amount you can afford to lose.

Even though the price of bitcoin is frequently fluctuating, its value will never go down to a few dollars as you said because it has gained enough popularity to prevent that from happening. If ever, bitcoin's price can possibly go back almost close to the price 5-6 years ago if a huge dump will occur. That will be a grea time to invest in it even though it will may take a while for its price to recover.

Bitcoin has its normal price fluctuation if you are liking it to lose completely downfall its value it will not happen for now. It will not go down like a few dollar as the price keeps on increasing. Even with downfall more likely it will rise again. However, I think it will lose value if it will not use by anyone.

No,no. Bitcoin will never loose its value.Yes it will possibly drop to its lowest amount but it will definitely rise up again. There will always be rising and falling moments of bitcoin because it can be volatile and unpredictable at times, and even seasoned bitcoin holders can be caught off guard by sudden shifts. Ok, so just because you are looking to earn a few pennies through signature campaigns, you hope the price won't come down? Sorry to say, but signature campaigns are not a way to earn a lot money - especially not if you are not even a jr member. People are invested with tens of thousands of dollars in Bitcoin, even millions. They in most cases aren't complaining at the time the value is going down, but you start already sweating because your potential penny earnings might lose value... Get a proper job.

yes that is right that we have passed from such experience in past, i think bitcoin has a lot of fluctuation in its price and some time its price fell down so much that we consider it as crash but hope that we are not going to pass from such experience in future.
