I'm definitely considering to buy this but I wish altcoins would be something that would have some priority. It's huge opportunity to diversify trades with all additional volatility we'd get and in my opinion it should be the first on your to do list.

Hi Seleme Smiley,
Altcoins are definitely on our to do list and are scheduled to be added by V3. I will bring this request up the command chain and post an announcement once we know if and when we can rush this out a bit faster.

Please let me know if you have any other questions Smiley.

Pablo.

Hi..  I just purchased and payed using Paypal to get in as an "Early Supporter"   But the 10% off code did not work???  I used TB0874

Can you credit the 10% off back to me in Paypal please..

Also can I PLEASE be included in this???  "All clients who purchased the bot up until yesterday will receive a free upgrade to V2 and a 1 year free subscription to the V2 server service."

And this?  Please keep in mind that anyone who signs up between now and the full V2 release will receive a FREE full one year subscription to V2 as an early adopter.

Look forward to being one of your customers..

  Thanks!

Hi Kuroth Smiley,

Thank you for your purchase! As an early adopter you will be upgraded to V2 and receive a one year subscription free of any additional charge (look for that late this week).

Unfortunately, all coupons were discontinued last Friday and thus we can not issue a partial refund.

Please let us know if you have any other questions Smiley.

Best,
  Pablo.

New to all this but been VERY interested in getting into trading(Automated)..  Reading all I can to learn..

What would be the suggested or recommened minium amount of US$ to put into Mt Gox to experiement and learn etc?Huh  $200 to $300???

Also for sure interested in the Simulation option as I would use that now if it was available since I am so new to all this..  If that is coming pretty soon, may wait for that first before using real $$$$

  Thanks!

Kuroth,
We recommend starting out with 200-250 USD for startup capital and adding to the bot once you get the hang of how it works.

Back testing is in the works, we will be bringing that out in V2.1 after we are satisfied with the stability of V2.0. Please let me know if you have any other questions. Just drop me an email at pablo@btcbots.com; we are here to help Smiley.

Pablo.

Sorry.. One more thing I just thought of..

I think something I would use, as a beginner, even more then the past history simulator would be to put in an option so that I can run the bot with all my settings BUT it won’t actually execute the trades..  But it will still Email me etc..  So that way I could test and simulate my settings based on current real time data..    I know I have seen some other bots that have this option and I would think it would be something pretty easy to add?  A checkbox or something called “Disable all trades(Simulation mode)” etc..

   Thanks!

Ok So I assume I know the bot is working when I see the Green Icon in the upper left of my Web browers?  And when I mouse over it it shows my Balance in BTC and US$ on Mt Gox so I assume this means the Bot is working and my connection to MT Gox is good?

Yesterday I purchased 3 BTC at Coinbase for $86 each and then transferred to MT Gox as my starting play money to use with the Bot..

Setup and turned(I think) the Bot on yesterday late afternoon and BTC was around $88

Left the Bot on all night and the Bot has not done anything (That I can tell) and BTC is now $99

So I assume this is correct and the Bot is working and will trigger a sell(For a profit) once it seems EMA hit the .25 showing a down trend correct?

Just making sure I am understanding all this AND that my Bot is actually on and working..

  Thanks!

p.s.  Pablo is the best..  So nice and polite and easy on us noobs that are learning...    I have this A++++++++++++++  So far...

Kuroth,
You got the entire concept accurately. Another good indicator that your bot is functional that when you click on the logo it displays all charts accurately and shows no errors on the display.

As the market is on the up trend, and you were holding BTC to begin with, you will not see a trade until the market hits a down trend.

Please let me know if you have any other questions Smiley.

Best,
  Pablo.

Hi Monetizer Smiley,
The current bot is going for 99 USD. You can purchase here: www.btcbots.com; as an early adopter you will receive a free upgrade to V2 and a free one year subscription to V2, as well as free, unlimited, tech support.

About your question regarding future upgrades, we don't generally plan to charge for them if you maintain a paid subscription. We haven't yet decided how we will deal with people who want to upgrade directly say from V2 to V4 but were not V3 users.

If we were to charge for a Version upgrade to an active user the upgrade would have to be pretty major (more so than usual) and we would generally not charge more than 15-25 USD. I repeat, we DO NOT generally plan to charge for upgrades to active users.

Please let me know if you have any further questions Smiley.

Best,
  Pablo.

*******************
Announcement
*******************

How long is the early adopter spot open for? I am selling some stuff on ebay so I might buy this after that.

This question goes well with an announcement I have to make:

We received a lot of great suggestions during the beta, which we are now implementing. Unfortunately, this has put us behind our release schedule by about 7-10 days so instead of releasing this weekend we will be releasing either by the end of next week or the middle of the week after that.

I would like to apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.

To make up for this, we are opening another round of spots in our beta program; whoever wants access to the beta, please just drop me an email at pablo@btcbots.com. Spaces are limited but we will try to accomodate everyone who wants early access. If you decide to wait for the full release you will experience a more complete product but the beta is completely functional and very stable; still, it is a beta.

I want to apologzie again for this inconvenience, we are not in the habit of missing our release dates.

On the up side, the early adopter program will remain open until the full public release of V2 so you are still in time to get in on this great deal Smiley.

If anyone has any questions, please do not hesitate to drop me an email.

Best,
  Pablo.

I just purchased the software.

Currently taking it out on a spin to see how it handles. I just finished setting up the API settings, but it says "Could not retrieve funds" when I hover over the button in chrome.

(By the way, does this extension work on a (Chrome) Android based Tablet?
