Any chance that V3 will include the ability to perform those "INTER" exchange transactions (specifically BTC-E). These are the transactions that we spoke about a few weeks ago, where the bot would look for an arbitrage like opportunity between the alt-coins on the BTC-E exchange, as well as perhaps an arbitrage like opportunity between USD and the Russian RUB.

  We don't have that specifically in the pipeline but we are in the planning stages of a project that should allow you to do things like that with the bot; that's in the pipeline for later next year and if we get it right it should eventually be able to do arbitrage stuff like this. Still in the planning stages, still can't talk too much about it but we would like to develop it that way.

I appreciate your point of view, and completely agree that you are chasing the trade and will most likely not be filled (big issue with stop-losses). I'm actually agreeing with you right now, there isn't much use for a stop loss during a big and fast crash like that.

That said, Butter is the most valuable single tool I now have in my arsenal.  Not because of the trade bot (which I have already stated is the best one I have found), but because of the back-testing engine.

In the past, I would spend weeks with a grease-board charts designing and testing systems, trade points and theories.  I would come up with a better trading strategy in my mind and have to spend dozens of hours proving or disproving it's worth using historical data.  Butter's ability to do this in seconds is like finding the Thor's Hammer of trading.)

   Long time no see!  Glad you're back .

Yes, hosting is coming along, no release date yet, but it's coming along pretty well.

The bot will trade when the market reverses itself; EMA is a trend strategy and right now BTC is trending up, when the algorithm identifies that BTC will start trending down, you will see a trade. Your bot should have been holding BTC for the past several days so you should be all set.

To make double sure your bot is set up properly, please look for the "Connectivity Check Mark" on the main bot menu (picture below).

Everything is setuped, btc-e api, my settings, trading engine is not stopped but I don't see that mark. I don't see charts, order books etc. on btc-e tab too, only api settings stuff and when I click on apply, nothing happens.

There's 2 checkmarks in your BTC-e API settings that have to be checked to give permission for the bot to do its thing with the API. I forget what they are but they aren't set by default & mine weren't set at one point, giving me trouble like yours once.

Check that they are both checked in those 2 boxes in the BTC-e API settings where permissions are set for the API key.

  You need to click on the bot logo while in the Chrome browser in the upper right hand corner right beside the URL bar to get the main bot menu. This is different from the settings page; does that help?
