As a freelance English-Turkish, Turkish-English translator I would like to participate. So, what should I do exactly? Is somebody going to assign me a task or how the process goes on?

They will update on the last day of the campaign, so they do not have to bother to do the calculations every week because this is not a weekly campaign

Sorry for the confusion, you are correct - we add signature campaign contributors to the list every 24 hours, but we will calculate the reward once the ICO ends.
