We are still making calculations and preparing invoices for all bounty participants. Within a week (or two), participants will receive an email with an invoice, that will need to be filled with their name, address, signature, and their ETH wallet address (https://www.myetherwallet.com/) to claim their bounty.

Indeed, hiring will be one of the biggest priorities in the upcoming months.

At the moment our priority for hiring is to expand our software development team (we currently have 5). We expect to have at least 10 software developers before 2018, and you can expect this number to grow exponentially in the first quarter of 2018, for us to be able to reach our software development milestones.

The conversion rate was about 0.16 USD for 1 MTH before the soft cap was reached and 0.19 USD after the soft cap was reached. We raised about $37 million during the ICO.

Go to myetherwallet.com. Carefully make one which can take a while to figure out how to do. All tokens that are ethereum based can be stored in MEW. Do not send anything other then that or ur coins/tokens will be lost.

Meanwhile u can hold MTH on the exchange. Its still cheap.
