It use to say "we are ranked the best rated ICO out of 69 upcoming..."

I questioned and asked for that quote / rating and the Monetha team responded that they would update their statement in their post.  So they changed it to "we are among the best rated ICOs..."

The team is really good marketers.  

I think that ico from this project is very good, no wonder why this project including one project which is very promising and have many enthusiasts

Hello Development team, this looks like a promising project, but does not appear to be investable by 100% of US investors as per the FAQ.  Can US investors participate if they can prove they are accredited investors either with the SEC defined net worth (e.g. net worth greater than $1M excluding the value of primary residence) or income requirements? Or this a blanket restriction against US money due an the inability to vet who is and who is not accredited?  I am sure some of the more experienced and well capitalized investors in this forum can show they meet accredited investor requirements.

How do you know this if it has not been  launch so far and you could not test it? There are plenty of competitors  that have already operate on the market.

Eric is well aware of his position as a "Payments Lead".
Because at the moment he lives in Silicon Valley, USA, there is a big geographical distance between him the headquarters of Monetha. We have made an agreement with Eric that states, that if the ICO funding is successful, he will have a position in our internal team.
As of this moment, we are constantly doing conference calls with Eric and strategizing Monetha's plans.

At the moment, the development team is located in Lithuania, which is well-known for it's talents in software development and successful ICOs (Edgeless, Mysterium Network). We are doing all the right steps to move the business operations to Singapore for it's great environment for Ethereum and fintech startups and for Singapore's great location for our go-to market - China.

Our company, on the other hand, is registered in Zug, Switzerland.

We will take every step necessary to stop any fraud activity, but that doesn't necessarily include a lawsuit (it may include reporting him to the bank, so they charge him the amount of money he scammed, etc.).

As far as our payment protection goes, there are four aspects that we plan to implement:
A: There will be a chargeback pool in case of emergency issues, so that we can issue a refund to the buyer.
B: Every merchant will be registered with us as a legal entity. In case of any fraudulent activities - we will have all the details of the company, and will be able to take legal action if need be.
C: That’s where DTRS comes to help - if a merchant has been in business for couple of years, trying to gain his reputation, it simply wouldn’t make sense for him to lose the large amount of positive reviews to save money by not issueing a refund.
D : We’re preparing for this by prototyping and strategising an inclusion of an algorithm that would recognise and red flag an unusual behaviour from the merchant and the client. The solution might pivot as we will collect a significant amount of real data, because we need real data to be able to find the best solution to prevent scammers.

I don't think they're going to have a presale on whales. Monetha is built for the community. They are also planning to have a KYC process of investors with almost USD250k+ invesment.
